What is it? Fees can be automatically and manually soft locked. Since items that are soft locked must be manually unlocked before they can be edited, soft locking ensures that changes with potential financial impacts are done carefully.
For more information, see About Soft Locks and Hard Locks.
Where is it? This new feature affects Fee lines on the Schedule grid, located on the Schedule tab.
Do I need to do anything? No — this new feature is automatically available for all OneStrata enterprises.
What is it? The Advertiser View page is now exported as an Excel file with one worksheet tab, making it easier to convert the Excel version of the Advertiser View page into a PDF.
Where is it? This change affects the exported version of the Advertiser View page, located on the Schedule tab.
Do I need to do anything? No — this change is automatically applied to all OneStrata enterprises.
What is it? The backend logic for Schedule grid concurrency was updated:
When multiple users are making changes to the same campaign schedule, only the first user that saves has all of their changes saved.
Where is it? This change affects the Schedule grid, located on the Schedule tab.
Do I need to do anything? No — this change is automatically applied to all OneStrata enterprises.
What is it? Rows in a schedule import Excel template can now be sorted, filtered, wrapped, and deleted in Excel, making it easier to use schedule import templates.
Notes:
For more information, see Export or Import a Schedule.
Where is it? This change affects schedule import templates, which can be downloaded through the Import/Export button on the Schedule tab.
How am I affected? Any existing schedule import templates are not affected. This change only affects new schedule import templates downloaded after the release of OneStrata version 25.2.25 (released on March 12, 2025).
Reminder: Since media schedules can have different columns, column orders, and/or custom fields, it is recommended to download a new schedule import template for every campaign.
Do I need to do anything? No — this change is automatically applied to all OneStrata enterprises.
What is it? Cost Lines on the DSP, Search, and Social grids can be linked to multiple external entities, within the same external integration provider:
Provider Type | Possible External Entity Linking |
---|---|
DSP | |
Search | |
Social |
For actualization, if a Cost Line is linked to multiple entities, the delivery metrics for all of the linked entities are aggregated at the billing period and Cost Line levels.
Where is it? This new feature affects the following external integration dashboards:
How am I affected? Existing Cost Lines and their already linked entities, if any, are not affected.
However, as per Updated External Integration Dashboards, linking an entity to a Cost Line is now performed through the row action icon. For links to more information about linking entities to Cost Lines, see the table in the What is it? section above.
Do I need to do anything? No — this new feature is automatically available for all OneStrata enterprises.

What is it? 27 unit types were added to Analytics, making it easier to see the number of secondary units committed for a particular Schedule grid line.
These unit types are measures in the Ad Unit table:
|
These measures represent the number of units committed for a specific unit type, at the Media Line level. For example, if a Cost Line has a Media Line Views value of 100,000, this means that 100,000 views were committed for that Cost Line, at the Media Line level.
Where is it? These new measures are available in Analytics, which is located on the Reports > Explore Analytics > OneStrata tab.
Do I need to do anything? No — these new measures are automatically available for all OneStrata enterprises.

What is it? Concatenated formula data fields can now use multiple types of delimiters in the same formula. For example, a concatenated formula can use underscores and commas. Periods are also now available as possible delimiters.
Previously, only one type of delimiter could be used per formula; for example, only underscores or only commas.
For more information, see Create a Concatenated Formula Data Field.
Where is it? This new feature affects concatenated formula data fields, which are managed on the Administration > Reference Data > Data Fields and Templates tab.
How am I affected? Any existing concatenated formula data fields remain as-is, with a single type of delimiter, but can be updated to use multiple types of delimiters.
Reminder: Newly created data fields (and changes to existing data fields) are only available for campaigns created after the data field was created or edited. The newly created or edited data field is not available for any already existing campaigns.
Do I need to do anything? No — this new feature is automatically available for all OneStrata enterprises.
