This page details critical and moderate potential line item notifications.
Line item Notifications
After a line item is created, the system performs various checks to your line item to ensure proper delivery. These checks are defined as critical, severe, and moderate. With Line item doctor, users will now receive a notification for when a line item does not pass one of these checks. The below guide explains each check the system provides and the possible issues a user can receive.
Critical Notifications
Critical notifications are displayed in RED and are the first check the system will do on a line item. These notifications are not dismissible and are shown on the general, targeting, creative association and summary pages.
Below is a list of all possible critical notifications:

Are there Creatives? | “There are no Creatives assigned to this Line Item" |
Are creatives active? | “There are no active creative associations for this line item” |
Have all creatives been rejected? | “All creatives associated with this Line Item have been rejected.” |
Is Line Item Active? | "This Line Item is not active and therefore cannot serve" |
Is LI budget used up? | "This Line Item's budget of <li budget> is exceeded by spend of <li spend>" |
Is Campaign budget used up? | "This Line Item's Campaign budget of <campaign budget> is exceeded by spend of <campaign spend>" |
Is LI Start Date earlier than Campaign Start Date? | "Line item start date <date> is earlier than Campaign start date <date>" |
Is LI End date in the past? | "This Line Item's end date is in the past" |
Is LI End date later than Campaign End Date? | “Line item end date <date> is later than Campaign end date <date>" |
Is the earliest line item creative association Start Date later than today's date? | "All creative associations' start dates are in the future." |
Is the latest line item creative association End Date in the past? | "All creative associations' end dates are in the past." |
Severe Notifications
Severe notifications are displayed in yellow and are the next check the system will do on a line item. These notifications are dismissible and are shown on the general, targeting, creative association and summary pages.
Below is a list of all possible severe notifications:

Are creatives Secure? | "None of the Creatives assigned to this Line Item are secure. This will prevent it from serving on many exchanges, including the majority of Google AdX" "None of the Creatives assigned to this Line Item are secure. This will prevent it from serving.” |
Do creatives have thumbnails? | "None of the Creatives assigned to this Line Item have a thumbnail images. This will prevent it from serving on some exchanges.” |
Are creatives a common size and not siz-eless? | "None of the Creatives assigned to this Line Item include the most common IAB sizes. This will limit the amount of inventory available for this Line Item" |
Moderate Notifications
Moderate notifications are also displayed in yellow and are last check the system will do on a line item. These notifications are dismissible and are shown on the general, targeting, creative association and summary pages.
Below is a list of all possible moderate notifications:

Check creative assigned to line item | “Creative(s) with id(s)={ids} are assigned to this line item but are not secure. This will prevent them from serving on many exchanges, including the majority of Google AdX." "None of the Creatives assigned to this Line Item are secure. This will prevent it from serving.” |
