What is it? OneStrata enterprises can add an integration to Display & Video 360 (DV360), Google's demand-side platform (DSP) for programmatic media buying.
Enterprises integrated with DV360 can do the following:
For more information, see the following articles:
Where is it? This new feature affects the External Integrations tab.
Do I need to do anything? External integrations are managed by FreeWheel. To set up or manage an integration with DV360, contact your OneStrata representative.
What is it? There are two new, FreeWheel-managed settings that can automatically assign full data access to new users.
The two types of data access—media access and entity access—determine which campaigns a user can view or edit. If you do not have access to a particular Media type or entity, you cannot view or edit campaigns associated with that Media type or entity.
Where is it? These new settings affect the Administration > User Management > Users > (Specific User) > Data Access tab.
How am I affected? The data access levels of existing users are not affected; when enabled, these new settings only apply to new users.
Do I need to do anything? No — the appropriate data access settings for your OneStrata enterprise are automatically applied for you. To change or manage these settings, contact your OneStrata representative.
What is it? New OneStrata users can be created in bulk, by using the new user template.
For more information, see Create a User With a Template.
Where is it? This change affects the Administration > User Management > Users tab.
Do I need to do anything? No — this new feature is automatically available for all OneStrata enterprises.
What is it? Adazzle Analytics has new tables that can be queried:
Where is it? These new tables are available on the Adazzle Analytics tab, part of the Reports module.
Do I need to do anything? No — these new tables are automatically available for all OneStrata enterprises that have enabled Adazzle Analytics.
What is it? The allocated workflow is now gated, and only available for OneStrata enterprises that have enabled this workflow.
For more information, see Allocated Cost Method.
Where is it? This change affects one or more of the following areas:
How am I affected? If there are any existing allocated media buys or allocated fees when the allocated workflow is disabled, these media buys and fees are not affected. However, you cannot create new allocated media buys, create new allocated fees, or assign existing allocated fees to new media buys unless the allocated workflow is re-enabled.
Do I need to do anything? By default the allocated workflow is not enabled. To enable this workflow, contact your OneStrata representative.
What is it? All new OneStrata enterprises (created after June 5, 2024) have eight default user roles:
The default user roles are pre-defined by OneStrata, and provide a quick way to assign the appropriate set of permissions to users. Previously, all user roles had to be manually defined.
Depending on whether user role customization is enabled or not enabled, the default user roles can or cannot be edited. For more information on which permissions are assigned to which default user roles, see System Default User Role Reference.
Where is it? This change affects the following areas:
How am I affected? Existing OneStrata enterprises are not affected; default user roles are only available for newly created enterprises.
Do I need to do anything? No — default user roles are automatically available for all OneStrata enterprises created after June 5, 2024.
What is it? The Schedule grid and Billing Periods grid column pickers have been updated, and now include two sections:
Previously, the Schedule grid and Billing Periods grid column pickers displayed all possible fields in a single section, and column reordering was done directly in the grid.
Where is it? This change affects the following areas:
Do I need to do anything? No — the updated Schedule grid and Billing Periods grid column pickers are automatically available for all OneStrata enterprises.
What is it? The following system default templates have been updated, with some columns removed, some columns added, and some columns re-ordered:
The system default templates are pre-defined by OneStrata and are automatically available for all enterprises. For more information on the system default templates and their fields, see System Default Template Reference.
Where is it? This change affects the Media Schedule, Order Detail, and Advertiser View templates, which are managed on the Administration > Data Fields and Templates page.
How am I affected? Any existing custom templates are not affected and are applied as normal.
Do I need to do anything? No — these updated system default templates are automatically available for all OneStrata enterprises.
What is it? The user role customization feature is now gated, and only available for OneStrata enterprises that have enabled this feature. User roles define what permissions a user has, and every user within a OneStrata enterprise must be assigned a user role.
Where is it? This change affects the following areas:
How am I affected? The user role customization feature interacts with default user roles, which were also introduced in OneStrata version 24.5.22 and released on June 5, 2024.
For OneStrata enterprises created after June 5, 2024:
Do I need to do anything? By default, the user role customization feature is not enabled. To enable this feature, contact your OneStrata representative.
