Schedules

Identify Other Users Viewing the Same Schedule

What is it? When viewing a schedule, the names of any other users currently viewing the same schedule are displayed in a banner above the Schedule grid. The format of the banner is <USER NAME(S)> is/are currently in the Schedule.

This banner identifies when multiple users are viewing and potentially editing the same schedule, helping avoid discarded changes.

Where is it? This new feature affects the Schedule tab.

Do I need to do anything? No — this new feature is automatically available for all OneStrata enterprises.

Conversion Rates Added to Analytics

What is it? Conversion rate data fields are available in Analytics, in the Ad Unit > Media Line Custom Fields group.

To be available in Analytics, a conversion rate must be used in at least one committed Schedule grid line.

Where is it? This change affects Analytics, which is located on the Reports > Explore Analytics > OneStrata tab.

How am I affected? Do I need to do anything? No — this change is automatically applied to all OneStrata enterprises.

Administration Module

User Management

Enable More Granular Permissions for External Integrations

What is it? In order to accommodate the variety of agency teams using the OneStrata system, more granular permissions have been added to further control what users can and can't do by Provider Group Type (Ad Server, DSP, Search, and Social) with External Integrations. Using these new permissions, potential actions taken in External Integrations can be adjusted further based on user roles.

  • Previously, user permissions could only be adjusted for External Integrations by checking or unchecking the View option.
  • Now, more granular permissions like editunlink, and export are available for External Integrations depending on the user's role.

For more information, see User Role Permissions Reference.

How am I affected? Users who previously had permission to view External Integrations tabs will retain the same level of access and permission. For those without permission, the tab will remain locked. Agency Administrators can modify the new permissions and create new User Groups accordingly based on team structure and responsibilities.

Where is it? This feature affects User Role Permissions in the Administration moduleThese permissions can be modified by going to Administration > User Management, selecting a role and clicking on User Role > Digital App Permissions > Campaigns > Media Campaigns External Integrations. From there, permissions can be adjusted for Ad Server, DSP, Search, and Social.

Do I need to do anything? No - this change is automatically available for all OneStrata enterprises.

Data Fields and Templates

Changes to Custom Picklists Are Applied to Existing Campaigns

What is it? Changes to custom picklist data fields now apply retroactively to existing campaigns, with some restrictions.

  • Previously, updates to picklists were only available for campaigns created after the data field was edited.
  • Now, updates to picklists, like adding or removing selection options, are available for both new campaigns and existing campaigns.

The restrictions only affect campaigns created before the release of OneStrata version 25.4.22 (May 8, 2025), as summarized in the table below:

Campaigns created before the release of OneStrata version 25.4.22

May inherit changes to picklists. For more information, contact your OneStrata representative.

Campaigns created after the release of OneStrata version 25.4.22

Always inherit changes to picklists.

Where is it? This update affects picklists, which are managed on the Administration > Reference Data > Data Fields and Templates tab.

How am I affected? This update only affects changes to existing picklists:

  • Newly created picklists continue to only be available for campaigns created after the picklist was created.
  • For all other data field types, newly created data fields and edited data fields are only available for campaigns created after the data field was created or edited.

Changes to picklists that remove a selection option do not automatically affect any Schedule grid or Ad Server grid lines that have selected that option. For example:

  1. Imagine a Market picklist that has the options of San Francisco, Los Angeles, and New York City.
  2. Cost Line #4193 has a Market value of New York City.
  3. The Market picklist is edited and the New York City option is removed.
  4. Cost Line #4193 continues to have a Market value of New York City, unless this value is manually changed.

Do I need to do anything? No — this update is automatically applied to all OneStrata enterprises.

Application Settings

Enable Actualization Budget Limits

What is it? A new Actualization Application Setting now validates the actualized costs against the Estimate budget entered in the OneStrata system. If enabled, when actualization goes over-budget, the actualization process will be halted and the user will be alerted via an in-app notice of the budget limitations. In order to proceed with actualization, the actualized costs must be adjusted or the estimate budget increased,

  • When enabled, actualization cannot continue until the actualization costs or estimate budgets are adjusted.
  • When not enabled, there is no warning in place and estimate budgets can be exceeded without notice when actualizing.

This functionality is analogous to the alert system for when the Schedule Budget Limits feature is activated. In that scenario, notifications are triggered and cost commitments cease when expenses surpass the projected budget. Organizations currently employing Schedule Budget Limits Enabled may find this Enable Actualization Budget Limits feature complementary.

Where is it? This feature affects the Actualization screen of the Media Campaigns tab, located in the Campaigns module. This setting can be enabled in the Actualization page of the Application Settings screen.

Do I need to do anything? No - this change is automatically available for all OneStrata enterprises, but will be turned off by default.
