External Integrations

Enable Drag and Fill functionality for Ad Server Grid

What is it? Drag and fill functionality is activated for the Ad Server grid. 

• Previously, each field had to be filled in manually or by using copy and paste.
• Now, users are able to drag and fill values from one cell/row to another on the Ad Server grid.

Where is it? This feature affects the Ad Server dashboard. This dashboard can be accessed in one of two ways:

1. The only provider type is Ad Server: Go to the campaign's External Integrations tab, which opens directly onto the Ad Server dashboard.

2. There is more than one provider type: Go to the campaign's External Integrations tab, which opens the External Integrations Overview dashboard, then in the Ad Server widget, select the desired Ad Server provider.

Do I need to do anything? No - this change is automatically available for all OneStrata enterprises.

Display Logged In Credentials in the External Integrations Provider Login Panel

What is it? When Connected/logged in to an External Integration (DSP/Search/Social/Ad Server) provider, OneStrata displays the External Integration credentials in the provider login section that are currently being used to connect.

• Previously, users had to click the Logout button to determine which credentials were being used to login to the External Integration. 
• Now, it's possible to tell from the Ad Server/DSP/Search/Social dashboard provider login panel what login credentials are used.

How am I affected? This updates is immediate and available to all. The External Integration login credential name is displayed in the provider login section below the provider name.

Where is it? This feature affects the Ad Server, DSP, Search, and Social grids of the External Integration tab.

Do I need to do anything? No - this change is automatically available for all OneStrata enterprises.

Login with Simplified Workflow for Individual Meta Integrations

What is it? A new, streamlined individual login workflow for Meta integration allows individual users to login without setup and Meta app approval requirements.

• Previously, individuals logging into Meta integrations had to undergo setup processes and Meta app approval.
• Now, users logging in using the individual login workflow can bypass the set up and Meta approval process. 

OneStrata has worked to provide additional information on the backend to allow for simplified login workflow to Meta.

How am I affected? Meta integrations using the Individual Login will be able to login without having the Meta App verified.

Where is it? This feature affects the Login widget within an External Integration Social campaign.

Do I need to do anything? No - this change is automatically available for all OneStrata enterprises.

Actualization

Display Actualization Warning Message for Null Values

What is it? When actualizing, if either of the following scenarios occur, cells without values will be left blank and a warning message will be displayed noting that those values are missing.

• • If Site data is selected as a source when connected to an Ad Server
  • If Third Party data is selected when connected to a DSP, Search, or Social provider

• Previously, in certain scenarios on the Actualization page, missing values were stored as zero amounts and there was no warning message that data was not entered. This occurred when connected to an external provider that was incompatible with the source data selected. This scenario led to an incorrect workflow that applied zero values in Actualization where data was absent/null.
• Now, when values are missing in the Actualization page and user is connected to an external provider but selects the incorrect source data, the cells will be left blank/empty and a warning message will be displayed.

How am I affected? If delivery data is not being sent from a compatible external provider, then the Actualization page will not display a value in the Third Party or Site columns and a warning message will display.

Where is it? This feature affects the Apply Source button and the Actualization grid on the Actualization tab within Media Campaigns.

Finance Module

Estimates

Reorder Columns on the Estimates Grid

What is it? Columns on the Estimates grid can be reordered, making it possible for users to move the columns that are most important to them into their desired order.

For example, Agencies that have Estimate Approvals enabled can move the Approval Status, Approver, and Approval Date columns to the left of the Estimates grid, reducing horizontal scroll.

To move a column, drag and drop the column into its desired position, similar to the Schedule grid. Since the new column order is stored locally, the reordered columns will remain in their new positions even if the user logs out and then logs back in, as long as the user uses the same computer and browser.

Where is it? This new feature affects the Estimates grid, located on the Finance > Estimates page.

Do I need to do anything? No — this new feature is automatically available for all OneStrata enterprises.

Administration Module

Data Fields and Templates

Display Cost and Units Per Month on the Order Details Grid

What is it? The Unit Calendar bars on the Order Details grid have the following display options:

• Cost and units per month
• Cost per month
• Units per month

Previously, the Unit Calendar bars only displayed units per month. For more information, see Create an Order Details Template.

Where is it? This new feature affects the following areas, which are defined by the Order Details template:

• The Order Details grid that is located on the Order Details page.

How am I affected? Any existing Order Detail templates remain as-is and display units per month, but can be updated to display cost and units per month or cost per month.

By default, any new Order Details templates display cost and units per month.

Reminder: Newly created templates and changes to existing templates are only available for campaigns created after the template was created or edited. The newly created or edited template is not available for any already existing campaigns.

Do I need to do anything? No — this new feature is automatically available for all OneStrata enterprises.

External Integrations

Amazon Ad Server Is No Longer Available

What is it? Following the official sunset of Amazon Ad Server by Amazon in 2024, OneStrata is also ending support for Amazon Ad Server.

Support for Amazon Ad Server is no longer available throughout the OneStrata platform:

• External Integrations Administration page
  • New integrations: Amazon Ad Server login credentials cannot be created.
  • Existing integrations: Any existing Amazon Ad Server login credentials are deactivated and can no longer be used.
• Fee records
  • New Fee records: Amazon Ad Server cannot be selected as the default Tech Assignment provider.
  • Existing Fee records: Any existing Fee records with Amazon Ad Server as the default Tech Assignment provider are automatically updated, and the Default Technology Assignment > Provider value is cleared.
• Schedule grid > Tech Assignments widget
  • New Placements: Amazon Ad Server cannot be selected as the Tech Assignment provider.
  • Existing Placements: Any existing Placements with Amazon Ad Server as the Tech Assignment provider are unaffected.

Support for the following Technology Assignment providers was also removed: MOAT, IAS, DoubleVerify, and Nielsen Dar.
