Overview
Cost Lines on the DSP grid can be linked to new or existing campaigns in The Trade Desk, reducing the need to manually re-enter details across multiple platforms:

Linking a Cost Line to a campaign in The Trade Desk creates a connection that allows delivery costs and metrics to flow from The Trade Desk to OneStrata. The delivery data is available on the Actualization tab for viewing and actualization.
Link a Cost Line to a New Campaign in The Trade Desk
To create a new campaign in The Trade Desk and link a Cost Line to the newly created campaign, do the following:
- Open the OneStrata campaign that contains the desired Cost Line. This Cost Line must have a Supplier entity that is linked to The Trade Desk.
- Go to the DSP dashboard for The Trade Desk.
- If not logged in already, log in to The Trade Desk.
- In the DSP grid, select the Cost Line. Only one Cost Line can be linked at a time.
- Click the Upload button to open the Upload widget.
- In the Upload widget:
Field Name Action Create Campaign / Existing Campaign
Select the Create Campaign option.
Advertiser
Search for an advertiser in The Trade Desk by entering at least three letters of the advertiser name.
Then, select the desired advertiser.
Campaign Type
Select the type of the campaign:
- Solimar
- Kokai
Only available if Campaign Type is Kokai
Seed ID
For a Kokai campaign, enter the identifier of the seed to attach to the campaign.
Name
Choose one of the following options:
- Keep the automatically generated campaign name. By default, the campaign name is the same as the OneStrata Cost Line name.
- Enter the desired campaign name.
Budget Amount
Choose one of the following options:
- Default to Cost Line: Use the Vendor Net Cost value of the Cost Line as the campaign budget.
- Manual Input: Enter the campaign budget.
Start Date
Select a start date for the campaign.
Optional
End Date
Optional: Select an end date for the campaign.
Objective
Select a campaign objective:
- Awareness
- Consideration
- Conversion
Primary Channel
Select a campaign channel.
Primary Goal
Select a campaign goal.
- Click the Create & Link button. Programmatic media buyers or traffickers can add more granular details to the newly created campaign within The Trade Desk.
Link a Cost Line to an Existing Campaign in The Trade Desk
To link a Cost Line to an existing campaign in The Trade Desk, do the following:
- Open the OneStrata campaign that contains the desired Cost Line. This Cost Line must have a Supplier entity that is linked to The Trade Desk.
- Go to the DSP dashboard for The Trade Desk.
- If not logged in already, log in to The Trade Desk.
- In the DSP grid, select the Cost Line. Only one Cost Line can be linked at a time.
- Click the Upload button to open the Upload widget.
- In the Upload widget:

Select the Existing Campaign option.
Advertiser
Search for an advertiser in The Trade Desk by entering at least three letters of the advertiser name.
Then, select the desired advertiser.
Campaign
Search for a campaign in The Trade Desk by entering at least three letters of the campaign name.
Then, select the desired campaign.
Read-only
Date Range
The value of the Date Range field is automatically populated from the selected campaign and cannot be changed within OneStrata.
Read-only
Budget
The value of the Budget field is automatically populated from the selected campaign and cannot be changed within OneStrata.
- Click the Link button.
