Overview
The User Access page is where a Vendor Inbox user can manage who else has access to their orders.
Access the User Access Page
To go to the User Access page, do the following:
- In the Vendor Inbox top navigation menu, click User Access.
User Access Page UI Elements
The User Access page has the following elements:

1 | Search bar | Search for an order by first name, last name, or email address. |

3 | User Access grid | A list of Vendor Inbox users that have access to the current Vendor Inbox user's orders. |
User Access Grid Reference
The User Access grid displays the Vendor Inbox (VI) users that have access to the current VI user's orders.
The table below describes the User Access grid columns:
Column Name | Description |
---|---|
Name | The first name of the user with access to the current Vendor Inbox user's orders. |
Last Name | The last name of the user with access to the current Vendor Inbox user's orders. |
The email address of the user with access to the current Vendor Inbox user's orders. | |
Read | Whether or not the user can view or download the current Vendor Inbox user's orders. |
Write | Whether or not the user can confirm or reject the current Vendor Inbox user's orders. |
Remove | Click the Remove button to stop sharing order access with the user. |
