Overview

The User Access page is where a Vendor Inbox user can manage who else has access to their orders.

Order access can be shared with up to five other Vendor Inbox (VI) users.
Sharing order access with another VI user is not automatically reciprocal; the second VI user's orders are not automatically shared with the first VI user.

Access the User Access Page

To go to the User Access page, do the following:

The User Access page has the following elements:

	Item	Description
1	Search bar	Search for an order by first name, last name, or email address.
2	+ Add button	Share order access with another Vendor Inbox user.
3	User Access grid	A list of Vendor Inbox users that have access to the current Vendor Inbox user's orders.

The User Access grid displays the Vendor Inbox (VI) users that have access to the current VI user's orders.

The table below describes the User Access grid columns:

Column Name	Description
Name	The first name of the user with access to the current Vendor Inbox user's orders.
Last Name	The last name of the user with access to the current Vendor Inbox user's orders.
Email	The email address of the user with access to the current Vendor Inbox user's orders.
Read	Whether or not the user can view or download the current Vendor Inbox user's orders.
Write	Whether or not the user can confirm or reject the current Vendor Inbox user's orders.
Remove	Click the Remove button to stop sharing order access with the user.
