Overview

The bulk upload feature streamlines the process of adding multiple creatives to the UI simultaneously. This feature supports two methods:

Image Upload: Users can upload a zip file containing multiple image files. The system automatically creates creative assets and corresponding creatives for each valid image in the zip file.
Tag Upload: Users can upload a spreadsheet containing multiple ad tags. The system automatically creates creative assets and corresponding creatives for each valid tag in the spreadsheet.

This functionality significantly reduces the time required to upload and set up multiple creatives in the UI, improving efficiency for users managing large numbers of creative assets.

Create a Bulk Upload

Navigate to Trafficking > Creatives > Bulk Upload.
A window will appear where an Advertiser and Bulk Type is required. Click Continue once both are selected.
A template for upload will appear in this window when a bulk type is selected. This template can be filled out and used for upload during the creation process.
A screen will appear with fields to fill out according to the Bulk Type selected.
Fields will display and will vary depending on the Bulk Type.

Bulk Upload Template Requirements

Below are the six formats that can be used for a bulk upload. Each format requires a either a zip file or a spreadsheet to be uploaded alongside the creation process.

Filter by Bulk Type to see applicable fields to complete during the creation process.

If uploading a file during this process, a template will be available to download from the creation window. Required fields are marked with *

Bulk Upload Success Screen

Upon uploading files and filling out templates, once the user clicks save and continue. The system will begin to process each file. Once the process is over, the system will display a success screen shown below:

Below are the column names and descriptions for the success screen table. All successful creatives will be created and listed in on list view. If a creative has an error, then it will not get uploaded to the UI.
