Deleting a Flight Distributes Cost to Unlocked Flights

What is it? For Cost Lines with a Pro Rata or Even cost distribution, deleting a flight period in that Cost Line now redistributes the cost of that flight to any unlocked flights in the same Cost Line, maintaining the total cost amount.

If there are no unlocked flights, the cost of the deleted flight is simply removed, lowering the total cost amount of the Cost Line.

Previously, deleting a flight period always removed the cost of that flight, regardless of whether any flights in the same Cost Line were unlocked.

Where is it? This change affects flight periods, which are managed in the Unit Calendar widget on the Schedule tab.

Do I need to do anything? No action is required. This change is automatically applied to all OneStrata enterprises.

Select or Unselect All Advertiser View Agency Approvers

What is it? For enterprises with agency schedule approvals, the Advertiser View page of a schedule now has Select all and Unselect all options on the Select Approver(s) dropdown field. These options make it easy to assign (or unassign) all available agency approvers to a schedule.

Previously, each approver had to be selected or deselected manually.

Where is it? These new options affect the Advertiser View page, located on the Schedule tab.

Do I need to do anything? No action is required. These new options are automatically available for all OneStrata enterprises with the Agency Schedule Approval setting enabled.

General Updates to Meta Campaigns

What is it? Some of the backend logic for Meta campaigns was updated:

ChangeDescription
Maximum Length of Meta Campaign Names Increased to 400 Characters

What is it? The maximum length of the Name field in OneStrata for Meta campaigns was increased to 400 characters, matching the maximum length of campaign names within Meta.

Previously, the maximum length for creating, updating, or viewing Meta campaign names in OneStrata was 150 characters.

Where is it? This change affects the Upload, Update, and View Upload widgets in the Social dashboard for Meta, located on the External Integrations tab.

Do I need to do anything? No action is required. This change is automatically applied to all OneStrata enterprises.

Set Up Advantage+ Campaign Budget on Meta Campaigns
What is it? When creating an auction-type Meta campaign from OneStrata, you can now set up Advantage+ on the lifetime budget for that campaign by selecting the Advantage+ toggle.

Previously, you could not enable the Advantage+ campaign budget for Meta campaigns created in OneStrata.

Where is it? This new option affects the Upload widget in the Social dashboard for Meta, located on the External Integrations tab.

Do I need to do anything? No action is required. This new option is automatically available for all OneStrata enterprises.

Learn More: Link a Cost Line to a New Meta Campaign.

New Ad Verification Integration with Integral Ad Science

What is it? OneStrata's new ad verification integration with IAS (Integral Ad Science) helps agencies track verified campaign performance.

If you have a Credential record for IAS and if your Campaign Manager 360 (CM360) or Innovid (formerly Flashtalking) account is linked to an IAS account, performance reporting data for OneStrata Ad Placements and Packages trafficked through CM360 or Innovid is automatically retrieved from IAS and displayed in OneStrata, via these two new Actualization grid columns:

Column NameDescription

Verified Units

This value is only available for placements with an impression rate type.

The number of verified units delivered, as retrieved from IAS.

This value is equivalent to the IAS Viewable Impressions metric.

Variance

The difference between the delivered units as reported by IAS and the delivered units as reported by the Ad Server provider.

This value is calculated according to the following formula:

Variance = 3rd Party Units - Verified Units

You can then actualize on the Verified Units value.

Where is it? This new feature affects the following areas:

  • Credential records are managed on the Admin > External Integrations > Credentials tab.
  • The Standard Actualization and Margin Actualization grids are located on the Actualization tab.

Do I need to do anything? Before performance reporting data can be retrieved from IAS, you must create a Credential record for IAS.

Select a Reporting Currency for The Trade Desk

What is it? Credential records for The Trade Desk have a new Reporting Currency field with three options: USD, Partner, or Advertiser.

For Cost Lines linked to the Trade Desk, the reporting currency determines the currency of the value displayed in the Site Cost column on the Actualization grid:

  • Previously, all Credential records for The Trade Desk used USD as the reporting currency, meaning that the value in the Site Cost column was always in USD.
  • Now, you can use the Reporting Currency field to control whether the Site Cost column displays vendor delivery cost for The Trade Desk in USD, the Partner currency, or the Advertiser currency.

Where is it? This new option affects the Credential tab on Credential records for The Trade Desk, which are managed on the Admin > External Integrations > Credentials tab.

Do I need to do anything? No action is required. This new option is automatically available for all OneStrata enterprises. All existing Credential records for The Trade Desk continue to use USD as the reporting currency, unless manually changed.

Estimates

Select or Unselect All Estimate Approvers

What is it? For enterprises with estimate approvals, estimates now have Select all and Unselect all options on the Assign Approvers dropdown field. These options make it easy to assign (or un-assign) all available approvers to an estimate.

Previously, each approver had to be selected or deselected manually.

Where is it? These new options affect estimates, which are managed on the Finance tab or the Finance > Estimates page.

Do I need to do anything? No action is required. These new options are automatically available for all OneStrata enterprises with the Estimate Approval setting enabled.

User Management

New "SBMS/View Username" Field on User Records

What is it? For enterprises that use OneStrata Digital and at least one other Strata application, all User records have a new read-only field called SBMS/View Username. This field helps users easily identify their SBMS/View username, if they have one. The SBMS/View username is also included in the welcome email that users receive after being added to an enterprise or migrated to the Strata Home Page.

SBMS/View usernames differ from OneStrata usernames; they are unique values automatically created by concatenating the user's first initial and last name, and adding a sequential number if the first initial and last name combination already exists.

Where is it? This new field is available in the Global Settings > Login Information section of User records, which are managed on the Admin > User Management > Users tab.

Do I need to do anything? No action is required. This new field is automatically available for all OneStrata enterprises that also use other Strata applications.

General

General Updates to Percentage Fields

What is it? The backend logic for displaying and exporting percentage fields was updated:

  • Previously, percentage fields were displayed and exported as decimal values, for example, as 0.205. Additionally, negative percentages were exported as positive values.
  • Now, percentage fields are displayed and exported with the percentage sign, for example, as 20.5%. Negative percentages also remain negative when exported.

All percentage fields are affected, including system percentage fields such as Margin Percentage and custom percentage fields calculated by a user-created formula.

Where is it? This change affects the following areas:

  • The Schedule grid is located on the Schedule tab.
  • The Advertiser View page and its exported version are located on the Schedule tab.
  • The Order Details page and its exported version are located on the Orders tab.
  • The Ad Server grid and its exported version are located on the External Integrations tab.
  • The Vendor Order Details page and its exported version are located in Vendor Inbox.

Note: This change does not affect the exported version of the Schedule grid, because this export does not include any percentage fields.

Do I need to do anything? No action required. This change is automatically applied to all new or existing percentage fields in all OneStrata enterprises.

Strata Application User Sessions Stay Authenticated For Longer

This change is expected to take effect on March 19th, 2026, not on March 11th, 2026.

What is it? For enterprises that use multiple Strata applications, some of the backend logic for these user sessions was updated:

  • Previously, if you launched a traditional Strata application (like View, SBMS, RFP, Eleven, or sTraffic) from the Strata Home Page, worked in that application, and then launched a different application from the Strata Home Page more than 60 minutes after launching the first application, you had to re-authenticate and enter your login credentials again.
  • Now, in most scenarios, you do not need to re-authenticate:
    ScenarioResult

    Non-AppStream application to non-AppStream application:

    1. You launch RFP, Eleven, or sTraffic from the Strata Home Page and are active in that application for less than 8 hours.
    2. You return to the Strata Home Page and launch RPF, Eleven, or sTraffic.

You do not need to re-authenticate.

    Non-AppStream application to AppStream application:

    1. You launch RFP, Eleven, or sTraffic from the Strata Home Page and are active in that application for less than 8 hours.
    2. You return to the Strata Home Page and launch View, SBMS, or another AppStream application.

    You need to re-authenticate.

    AppStream application to non-AppStream application:

    1. You launch View, SBMS, or another AppStream application from the Strata Home Page and are active in that application for less than 8 hours.
    2. You return to the Strata Home Page and launch RPF, Eleven, or sTraffic.

You do not need to re-authenticate.

    AppStream application to AppStream application:

    1. You launch View, SBMS, or another AppStream application from the Strata Home Page and are active in that application for less than 8 hours.
    2. You return to the Strata Home Page and launch View, SBMS, or another AppStream application.

    You need to re-authenticate.

    Any application to any application:

    1. You launch any traditional Strata application from the Strata Home Page and are active in that application for 8 hours or more.
    2. You return to the Strata Home Page and launch any other traditional application.

    You need to re-authenticate.

These changes help users switch between Strata applications without having to log in again, preventing their workflow from being interrupted.

Note: You can still be automatically logged out of an application for inactivity.

Where is it? These changes affect user sessions launched from the Strata Home Page.

Do I need to do anything? No action is required. These changes are automatically applied to all OneStrata enterprises that also use other Strata applications.
