Schedules
"Active" Schedule Option Status Renamed to "Committed"
What is it? The Active schedule option status was renamed to Committed:
- Previously, there were three schedule option statuses: Draft, Active, and Archived.
- Now, the schedule option statues are Draft, Committed (formerly known as Active), and Archived.
For more information, see About Schedule Options.
Where is it? This change affects the Schedule Option dropdown, located on the Schedule tab.
Do I need to do anything? No — this change is automatically applied to all OneStrata enterprises.
External Integrations
Link a Cost Line to Multiple Existing External Entities
What is it? For programmatic (DSP, Search, or Social) providers, users can now link Cost Lines to multiple existing external entities at the same time.
- Previously, users could only link a Cost Line to one existing external entity at a time.
- Now, users can select and link multiple entities, making it easier to sync between OneStrata and the external provider. For more information, see Link a Cost Line to an Existing External Entity.
Note: This feature affects linking Cost Lines to existing external entities only. Linking Cost Lines to new external entities remains one at a time.
Where is it? This new feature affects the following areas:
- The Upload widget in the DSP dashboard, located on the External Integrations tab.
- The Upload widget in the Search dashboard, located on the External Integrations tab.
- The Upload widget in the Social dashboard, located on the External Integrations tab.
Do I need to do anything? No — this new feature is automatically available for all OneStrata enterprises.
Other
General
Expanded Search Bar Width
What is it? The width of search bars in the OneStrata platform was expanded, making it easier to search for values with long names.
- Previously, all search bars had a fixed width of 23 characters. Input values, like Ad Placement names, that were longer than 23 characters were not fully visible in the search bar.
- Now, all search bars have a dynamic width, depending on the location of the search bar and size of the browser window. In general, search bars now have a width of at least 60 characters.
Where is it? This change affects all search bars in OneStrata, including but not limited to:
- The search bar on the Media Campaigns page.
- The search bar on the Ad Server dashboard, located on the External Integrations tab.
- The search bar on the Financial Order Management page.
Do I need to do anything? No — this change is automatically applied to all OneStrata enterprises.

What is it? The information icon in the Vendor Inbox navigation menu was updated:

- About Vendor Inbox: View the OneStrata license agreement and current Vendor Inbox version.
- Knowledge Base: Go to the Vendor Inbox knowledge base.
- Support Request: Go to Zendesk to submit a support ticket.
Where is it? The information icon is part of the top navigation menu in Vendor Inbox.
Do I need to do anything? No — the new support center is automatically available for all Vendor Inbox users.
