Overview

If the password to the account has been forgotten, or if there is a desire to change the current password, the following steps outline the process. Should any issues arise during these steps or if the password cannot be changed, support can be contacted at support@beeswax.com for assistance.


Reset a Password

Resetting a password must be done from the login page and can not be competed from the Admin settings.

  1. Navigate to the Buzzkey login page for your Beeswax bidder instance and select Forgot Password?

  2. Enter the email address in the provided field and click Submit. Instructions for resetting the password will be sent via email.

  3. Check the inbox for an email with the subject line Change Password Request and open it.

  4. Click the Update Password link in the email. This will redirect to a page where the new password can be set.

  5. Enter the new password in both the New Password and Confirm New Password fields, ensuring they match.

  6. Click Submit to save the new password.

  7. Afterward, return to the Buzz login page and attempt to log in using the new password.

Authenticating into Other Accounts

If multiple accounts are created under a single buzz key, they can be switched between during the same buzz UI instance. See below for instructions on how to switch between accounts:

  1. Select the Account Name at the top right-corner of the page.

  2. From the dropdown, select an account to navigate into.
