Estimates Page UI Elements

The Estimates page displays information about an enterprise's estimates.

The Estimates page has the following elements:

Export Estimate button

This button is only available if the estimate export feature is enabled.

Select an estimate and click Export Estimate to manually re-export the estimate.
4Create New Estimate buttonClick to create a new estimate.

A list of all estimates.

Estimates Grid Reference

The following table contains information about the columns in the Estimates grid:

Column NameDescription
ID / Name

The name and identifier (and external identifier/EID, if any) of the estimate.

AgencyThe Agency of the estimate.
Business UnitThe Business Unit of the estimate.
Start DateThe start date of the estimate.
End DateThe end date of the estimate.
MediaThe media type of the estimate.
ClientThe Client of the estimate.
ProductThe Product of the estimate.
BudgetThe budget of the estimate.
Cost TypeThe cost type of the estimate.

Export Status

If the estimate export feature is not enabled, the value of the Export Status column is always Created.


The export status of the estimate:

  • Created: The estimate has not been sent or uploaded to the external media finance system.

  • Sent: The estimate was successfully sent and uploaded to the external media finance system.

  • In Transit: The estimate is currently being sent to the external media finance system.

  • Failed: The estimate was sent to the external media finance system, but was not successfully uploaded.

Messages

If the estimate export feature is not enabled, the Messages column is always blank.

Approval Status

The approval status of the estimate.


If the estimate approval workflow is not enabled, the approval status is always Approval Required.

If the estimate approval workflow is enabled, the possible statuses are:

  • Approval Required: No request to approve the estimate has been sent.

  • Pending Approval: A request to approve the estimate was sent to an approver. The approval request has not yet been accepted or rejected.

  • Approved: The estimate is currently approved (the most recent approval request was accepted).

  • Declined: The estimate is currently declined (the most recent approval request was rejected).
Approver

The first and last name of the user who last approved the estimate.

If the estimate is not approved or the estimate approval workflow is not enabled, this value is blank.

Approval Date

The date that the estimate was last approved.

If the estimate is not approved or the estimate approval workflow is not enabled, this value is blank.
