View all Ad Placements assigned to a Provider

The Traffic Grid displays Ad Placements by Provider. To change which Provider's Ad Placements are displayed, do the following:

  1. Navigate to a campaign's External Integrations tab.

  2. Click the Provider List and select the desired Provider. The Traffic Grid now displays all of the Ad Placements assigned to that Provider.

Duplicate an Ad Placement

To duplicate an Ad Placement, do the following:

  1. Open the media campaign that contains the Ad Placement to be duplicated.

  2. Navigate to the campaign's External Integrations tab.

  3. In the Provider List, select the desired external ad server Provider.

  4. In the Traffic Grid, select the desired Ad Placement.

  5. Click the Duplicate button. The duplicated Ad Placement has the same name and Cost Line ID as the original Ad Placement, but a different Ad Placement ID.

  6. Choose one of the following options:

    • Continue making changes to the Traffic Grid, like changing the name of the duplicated Ad Placement.

    • Save changes by clicking the Save Changes button.

Cancel an Ad Placement

Things to know before beginning:

  • If a technology assignment of a schedule Placement only has one Ad Placement, that Ad Placement cannot be immediately cancelled.
  • To cancel such an Ad Placement, first un-assign the external integration Provider from the technology assignment in the schedule Placement.

To cancel an Ad Placement, do the following:

  1. Open the media campaign that contains the Ad Placement to be cancelled.

  2. Navigate to the campaign's External Integrations tab.

  3. In the Provider List, select the desired external ad server Provider.

  4. In the Traffic Grid, select the desired Ad Placement.

  5. Click the Cancel button.

  6. Click the Save Changes button. Otherwise, the cancelled placement will not actually be cancelled.

  7. Optional: If the Ad Placement had previously been uploaded, cancelling the Ad Placement in OneStrata requires the Ad Placement to be re-uploaded, in order to also cancel the Ad Placement within the external ad server campaign. To re-upload the Ad Placement:

    1. Select the now cancelled Ad Placement.

    2. Click the Upload button.
