Log In to an External Integration

To log in to an external integration provider, do the following:

  1. Open a campaign that the provider has been assigned to.

  2. Depending on the Provider Type, choose the appropriate action:

    • If the provider is an Ad Server provider, do the following:

    • If the provider is a DSP provider, do the following:

      • Navigate to the DSP dashboard. Display & Video 360 (DV360) is the only available DSP provider, and is selected by default.

  3. Click the Log In button to open the Login widget.

  4. In the Login widget, do the following:

    1. For External Integration Credential, select the appropriate set of login credentials.

    2. Click the Log In icon .

    3. Optional: If the credentials are individually stored, do the following:

      • For Username and Password, enter a valid combination of username and password values.

      • Click the Log In button.

Log Out from an External Integration

To log out from an external integration provider, do the following:

  1. Open a campaign that the provider has been assigned to.

  2. Depending on the Provider Type, choose the appropriate action:

    • If the provider is an Ad Server provider, do the following:

    • If the provider is a DSP provider, do the following:

      • Navigate to the DSP dashboard. Display & Video 360 (DV360) is the only available DSP provider, and is selected by default.

  3. Click the Log Out button to open the Logout widget.

  4. In the Logout widget, click the Log Out icon.

Manage Ad Server Integrations

Map a OneStrata Supplier to an External Ad Server Supplier

Prerequisite:

  • The user must be logged in to the Ad Server provider

To map a OneStrata Supplier entity to an Ad Server provider site/supplier, do the following:

  1. Open a campaign that the Ad Server provider has been assigned to.

  2. Navigate to the Ad Server Provider dashboard.

  3. Optional: If the appropriate provider is not already selected, use the Provider list to select the desired provider.

  4. Click the Supplier Mapping button to open the Supplier/Site Mapping widget.

  5. In the Supplier/Site Mapping widget, do the following:

    1. For the desired Supplier entity, click the corresponding Supplier/Site Mapping cell to start editing.

    2. Enter at least three letters of the Ad Server provider supplier's name.

    3. Select the desired supplier.

    4. Click Apply.

Prerequisite:

  • The user must be logged in to the Ad Server provider

To link a OneStrata campaign to a campaign on an external Ad Server provider, do the following:

  1. Open a campaign that the Ad Server provider has been assigned to.

  2. Navigate to the Ad Server Provider dashboard.

  3. Click the Link Campaign button (see Ad Server Provider Dashboard UI Reference, item 8) to open the Link Campaign widget.

  4. In the Link Campaign widget, choose one of the following:

    • Link the OneStrata campaign to a new ad server campaign

    • Link the OneStrata campaign to an existing ad server campaign

Link a OneStrata Campaign to a New External Ad Server Campaign

To create a new ad server campaign and link a OneStrata campaign to the newly created external ad server campaign, do the following:

  1. In the Link Campaign widget, select Create Campaign.

  2. For Advertiser, enter at least three letters of the name of an advertiser within the external ad server. Then, select the desired advertiser.

  3. For Name, choose one of the following:

    • Keep the automatically generated external ad server campaign name, which is the same as the OneStrata campaign name.

    • Edit the value in the Name field as desired.

  4. Depending on the specific Ad Server provider, additional information may be necessary. Fill in any additional required fields.

  5. Click the Create & Link button.

Link a OneStrata Campaign to an Existing External Ad Server Campaign

To link a OneStrata campaign to an existing external ad server campaign, do the following:

  1. In the Link Campaign widget, select Existing Campaign.

  2. For Advertiser, enter at least three letters of the name of an advertiser within the external ad server. Then, select the desired advertiser.

  3. For Campaign, select the desired external ad server campaign. The Date Range field automatically populates from the selected external ad server campaign and cannot be edited.

  4. Click the Link button.

Unlink a OneStrata Campaign from an External Ad Server Campaign

Unlinking a OneStrata campaign from an ad server campaign is only possible if no Ad Placements have been uploaded to the ad server campaign yet.

To unlink a OneStrata campaign from a campaign on an external ad server, do the following:

  1. Open the desired campaign.

  2. Navigate to the Ad Server Provider dashboard.

  3. Click the View Campaign button (see Ad Server Provider Dashboard UI Reference, item 8) to open the View Campaign widget.

  4. At the bottom of the View Campaign widget, click Unlink.

View the Details of a Linked Ad Server Campaign

To view information about an external ad server campaign that a OneStrata campaign has been linked to, do the following:

  1. Open the desired campaign.

  2. Navigate to the Ad Server Provider dashboard.

  3. Click the View Campaign button (see Ad Server Provider Dashboard UI Reference, item 8) to open the View Campaign widget.

In the View Campaign widget, the following information about the linked external ad server campaign is available:

  • Linked By: The OneStrata user who linked the ad server campaign

  • Linked Date: The date that the ad server campaign was linked

  • Advertiser: The name and identification number of the ad server advertiser, in the ad server

  • Campaign: The name of the ad server campaign, in the ad server

  • External ID: The identification number of the ad server campaign, in the ad server

  • Date Range: The flight dates of the ad server campaign, in the ad server
