Overview

If the password to the account has been forgotten, or if there is a desire to change the current password, the following steps outline the process. Should The following steps outline how to reset a password. Should any issues arise during these steps or if the password cannot be changed, support can be contacted at support@beeswaxyou cannot change your password, contact support at support@beeswax.com for assistance.

Reset a Password

1. Navigate to the Buzz Key login page for your bidder instance and select Forgot Password?
   
   
2. Enter the email address in the provided field and select Submit. Instructions for resetting the password will be sent via email.
   
   
3. Check the inbox for an email with the subject line Change Password Request and open it.
   
   
4. Open the Update Password link in the email. This will redirect to a page where the new password can be set.
   
   
5. Enter the new password in both the New Password and Confirm New Password fields, ensuring they match.
   
   
6. Select Submit to save the new password.
   
   
7. Return to the Buzz Key login page and log in using the new password.

Password Requirements

A FreeWheel DSP account Buyer Cloud user password must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum length of 12 characters
• Contains at least one uppercase letter
• Contains at least one lowercase letter
• Contains at least one number
• Contains at least one special character
• No reuse of the prior three passwords

Authenticating into Other Accounts

If multiple accounts are created under a single Buzz Key, they can be switched between during the same Buzz Buyer Cloud UI instance. See below for instructions on how to switch between accounts:

1. Select the Account Name at the top right-corner of the page.
   
   
2. From the dropdown, select an account to navigate into.
