If the password to the account has been forgotten, or if there is a desire to change the current password, the following steps outline the process. Should any issues arise during these steps or if the password cannot be changed, support can be contacted at support@beeswax.com for assistance.
Resetting a password must be done from the login page and can not be completed from the Admin settings. |
If multiple accounts are created under a single Buzz Key, they can be switched between during the same Buzz UI instance. See below for instructions on how to switch between accounts:
