Overview
If the password to the account has been forgotten, or if there is a desire to change the current password, the following steps outline the process. Should The following steps outline how to reset a password. Reset a Password

Resetting a password must be done from the login page and can not be competed completed from the Admin settings. |
- Navigate to the Buzzkey Buzz Key login page for your Beeswax bidder instance and select select Forgot Password?
- Enter the email address in the provided field and click select Submit. Instructions for resetting the password will be sent via email.
- Check the inbox for an email with the subject line Change Password Request and open it.
- Click the Open the Update Password link in the email. This will redirect to a page where the new password can be set.
- Enter the new password in both the New Password and Confirm New Password fields, ensuring they match.
- Click Select Submit to save the new password.
- Afterward, return Return to the Buzz Key login page and attempt to log in using the new password.
Password Requirements
A Buyer Cloud user password must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum length of 12 characters
- Contains at least one uppercase letter
- Contains at least one lowercase letter
- Contains at least one number
- Contains at least one special character
- No reuse of the prior three passwords
Authenticating into Other Accounts
If multiple accounts are created under a single buzz keyBuzz Key, they can be switched between during the same buzz Buyer Cloud UI instance. See below for instructions on how to switch between accounts:
- Select the Account Name at the top right-corner of the page.
- From the dropdown, select an account to navigate into.
