Overview

Each user is assigned a user role, which defines the permissions and access of all users with the same user role.

There are two types of permissions:

  • Read permissions: If a user has read permissions for a certain platform or part of a platform, they can view it. Otherwise, they cannot.
  • Write permissions: If a user has write permissions for a certain action, they can do it. Otherwise, they cannot.

User roles are defined by User Role records, which have the following tabs:

Tab NameDescription

Digital App Permissions

Only available for enterprises that use OneStrata Digital

Defines the OneStrata Digital (OSD) permissions of the user role.
