Access or Open an Application Setting Record

To access an application setting record, do the following:

  1. Navigate to the Administration > Application Settings page.

  2. Select the specific Application Setting type from the six linked options.

  3. Click on the desired record within the ID column.

Edit an Application Setting Record

To edit an application setting, do the following:

  1. Navigate to the Administration > Application Settings page.

  2. Select the specific Application Setting type from the six linked options.

  3. Click on the desired record within the ID column. 

  4. Edit the fields as necessary. For more information on functionality related to specific fields for each application, see Create an Application Settings Record.

  5. Click Save.

Archive an Application Setting Record

To archive an application setting, do the following:

  1. Navigate to the Administration > Application Settings page.

  2. Select the specific Application Setting type from the six linked options.

  3. Click the Archive button next to the Application record.

Note that once an application setting has been archived, OneStrata Digital will then utilize the most specific setting in the system for that functionality, and the archived setting will no longer be visible. 

In order to reinstate the archived setting, it must be recreated using the steps noted in Create an Application Settings Record.
