Credentials Tab UI Elements

The Admin > External Integrations > Credentials tab displays an enterprise's Credential records.

The Credentials tab contains the following elements:

Filters icon

Click the Filters icon to open the Filters widget and filter through the list of Credential records.
3Search barSearch for a Credential record by name or ID.
4Create buttonClick to create a new Credential record.
5Applied Filters bar

Displays any filters that have been applied to the Credentials grid.

By default, the Status filter is applied, and deactivated records are filtered out.

Credentials grid

Previously known as the "External Integrations Administration grid"

A list of Credential records.

Credentials Grid Reference

The following table contains information about columns in the Credentials grid:

Column NameDescription
Status

The status of the Credential record:

  • Active: The Credential record can be viewed and is available.

  • Inactive (deactivated): The Credential record can be viewed but is not available.

Data Feed Status

The setting and status of the delivery data feed.

Setting options:

  • Manual: Delivery data from the external provider is only retrieved when manually requested.

  • Automatic: Delivery data from the external provider is retrieved automatically, every 24 hours at midnight UTC.

    If a data feed that is configured for automatic delivery fails for an entire day, the data feed is switched to manual delivery. The external integration credentials should be checked and updated as needed; an expired password or token may be causing the data feed issues.

Status options:

  • Gray background: The data feed has never run (no delivery data has ever been retrieved).

  • Green background: The most recent data feed ran successfully (the delivery data was retrieved).

  • Red background: The most recent data feed did not run successfully (the delivery data was not retrieved).
Last Run Date

The most recent date and time that the data feed ran, successfully or not.

Name / ID

Credential Record Name: The name of the Credential record.

Credential Record ID: The system-generated identifier of the Credential record.

Entity TypeThe entity level of the Credential record.
Entity NameThe name of the master data entity that the Credential record can be assigned to. For more information, see Entity Levels.
Provider Group TypeThe provider type of the Credential record.
ProviderThe provider of the Credential record.
