Overview
On the External Integration Admin page, agency administrations can create and manage External Integration Credential records (also known as Credential records) and their Supplier linkings/mappings.
A Credential record represents a specific set of login credentials and details for a specific external provider, and provides the proper authentication for a connection between OneStrata and the external provider.
External providers can have multiple Credential records. For example, if an enterprise has three users that each have their own Buyer Cloud account, they can create three Credential records for Buyer Cloud, where each Credential record contains the login credentials for a different Buyer Cloud account.

Entity Levels
Credential records can be created at different levels:

| Enterprise | The Credential record can be used in campaigns for any client. |
| Agency | The Credential record can only be used in campaigns for clients in the specified Agency, |
| Business Unit | The Credential record can only be used in campaigns for clients in the specified Business Unit. |
| Client Group | The Credential record can only be used in campaigns for clients in the specified Client Group. |
| Client | The Credential record can only be used in campaigns for the specified Client. |
Login Types
The login type of a Credential record defines how the user logs in to the external provider, when the Credential record is used:
| Login Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Individual | The user manually enters their own login information (a valid combination of username and password). |
| Central | The user does not need to enter any login information, because a valid combination of username and password is stored in the Credential record. |
If there are multiple Credential records (and therefore multiple sets of login credentials) for the same provider, the user can choose which set of credentials to use when logging in.
