Use * syntax for faster search


The MRM 6.42.1 release guide is now available about on the Hub. The release guide provides a view of upcoming features and improvements that will take place on Tuesday, June 8, 2021. Please note that we will continue to update the guide as additional features are confirmed. If you have questions, please reach out to your FreeWheel account team.

A few highlights are below:

  • Update to MarketBuyerSeatID field: For clients using Programmatic module, the MarketBuyerSeatId field in v4 Log Files will begin using the internal Buyer Seat Id. In addition, a new field called ExternalId will be added to the the Market Buyer Seat companion file

  • Restricted Cookies to 6 months: MRM will restrict the maximum cookie duration to 6 months, except daa_opt_out and opt_out cookies. This will be selected by default for all MRM clients at the time of the release.

  • Support IAB US Privacy Data Deletion Request Handling:  To facilitate CCPA data deletion requests, FreeWheel will now host a JavaScript file for publishers. Publishers must include the FreeWheel-provided JavaScript file as a script html element with a src attribute equal to the specified hosting URL on every page that the publisher intends to invoke the data deletion request.
