The FreeWheel Support Portal's MRM support ticket intake forms are updated to better accommodate feedback received from both clients and internal teams. The new submission forms cover: 1) MRM-related behavioral issues; 2) reporting-specific inquiries; and 3) non-troubleshooting questions.
As part of this initiative, the legacy “Why Isn’t My Ad Serving?” form will be removed on January 1, 2024. The updated MRM support ticket forms should improve the client experience, with less post-submission questions and speedier resolution times.
