Overview
Beeswax offers a range of useful alerts to keep users informed about various campaign activities, such as creative approvals, budget limits, campaign end dates, and video transcoding statuses. Alerts are delivered through three channels:
Accessing Alert Settings
To access the Alert Settings page, navigate to Admin > Alert Settings at the top of the screen in Beeswax.
Alert Types
The following are the types of alerts that are supported by Beeswax. Each alert type can be turned on or off and may have an email address specified. Additionally, a slack channel and emoji can be assigned to the alert. For Slack alerts, the Slack API key must be provided as well. All of the following alerts may be configured and turned on or off at any time.
Alert Type | Description |
Slack API Key | The Slack API token used to authenticate. |
Banned Ads | When an ad is marked by the Beeswax system as malicious and will not serve on any exchange. There will also be a notification that a creative has been "Rejected" by ClarityAds on the creative screen. |
Bid Model Version Failed | When a bid model version failed to be processed. |
Campaign Expiration | When a campaign has passed its end date |
Campaign Spend | When a campaign has met or exceeded its budget |
Creative Approval | When a creative approval status is changed to "Approved" |
Creative Disapproval | Whenever a campaign is disapproved. |
Line Item Not Serving | When an active line item has not served over a 24 hour period |
Line Item Expiration | When a line item has passed its end date |
Line Item Spend | When a line item has met or exceeded its budget |
Segment Upload Error | When a pending segment upload fails. |
Segment Upload Success | When a pending segment upload completes successfully. |
Segment Upload | Any change in segment upload status. |
Video Transcoding | When a video file has completed transcoding. VAST 2.0, InLine creatives need to finish transcoding before the creatives can be set to "active". |
