Terms & Conditions Tab UI Elements
The Administration > Reference Data > Terms & Conditions tab displays information about an enterprise's Terms & Conditions records.
The Terms & Conditions tab contains the following elements:

| 1 | Reference Data navigation tabs | Use these tabs to access and manage different types of reference data records: |
| 2 | Filters icon | Click the Filters icon to open the filter pane and filter through the list of Terms & Conditions records, |
| 3 | Search bar | Search for a Terms & Conditions record by name or identifier. |
| 4 | Create Record button | Click to create a new Terms & Conditions record. |
| 5 | Terms & Conditions Grid | A list of an enterprise's Terms & Conditions records. For more information, see Terms & Conditions Grid Reference. |
Terms & Conditions Grid Reference
The following table contains information about columns in the Terms & Conditions grid:
Column Name | Description |

ID Terms & Conditions Record ID | The OneStrata-generated identifier of the Terms & Conditions record. |
Name | The name of the Terms & Conditions record. |
T&C Type | The type of the Terms & Conditions record:

Media Type | The Media Type of the Terms & Conditions record. |
| Agency | The Agency associated with the Terms & Conditions record, if any. If the Agency column is empty, the record is an enterprise-level record that can applied to campaigns for all Agencies. |
| Business Unit | The Business Unit associated with the Terms & Conditions record, if any. |
| Client Group | The Client Group associated with the Terms & Conditions record, if any. |
| Client | The Client associated with the Terms & Conditions record, if any. |
| Order Partner | The Order Partner associated with the Terms & Conditions record, if any. |
| Last Modified | The OneStrata user who last modified the Terms & Conditions record, and when. |
