View all Ad Placements assigned to a Provider

The Traffic Grid displays Ad Placements by Provider. To change which ProviderAd Server provider's Ad Placements are displayed, do the following:

  1. Navigate to a campaign's External Integrations tabthe Ad Server Provider dashboard.

  2. Click the Provider List and select the desired ProviderAd Server provider. The Traffic Grid grid now displays all of the Ad Placements assigned to that provider.

Re-upload an Ad Placement

After an Ad Placement has been uploaded to an ad server campaign, any changes to the Ad Placement within the Traffic grid that should be pushed to the Ad Server provider require the Ad Placement to be re-uploaded.

To re-upload an Ad Placement, do the following:

  1. Open the media campaign that contains the Ad Placement to be uploaded.

  2. Navigate to the Ad Server Provider dashboard.

  3. Optional: If the appropriate provider is not already selected, use the Provider list to select the desired provider.

  4. In the Traffic Grid, make any desired changes to the Ad Placement.

  5. Click the Save Changes button.

  6. Select the edited Ad Placement.

  7. Click the Upload button.

To duplicate an Ad Placement, do the following:

  1. Open the media campaign that contains the Ad Placement to be duplicated.

  2. Navigate to the campaign's External Integrations tab. 
    Ad Server Provider dashboard.

  3. Optional: If the appropriate provider is not already selected, use the Provider list to select the desired providerIn the Provider List, select the desired external ad server Provider.

  4. In the Traffic Grid, select the desired Ad Placement.

  5. Click the Duplicate button. The duplicated Ad Placement has the same name Name and Cost Line ID as the original Ad Placement, but a different Ad Placement ID.

  6. Choose one of the following options:

    • Continue making changes to the Traffic Gridgrid, like changing the name of the duplicated Ad Placement.

    • Save changes by clicking the Save Changes button.

Things to know before beginning:

If a technology assignment of a schedule Placement only has

If an Ad Server provider has only one Ad Placement, that Ad Placement cannot be immediately

cancelled.To cancel such an Ad Placement, first un-assign the external integration Provider from the technology assignment in the schedule Placement

canceled. First, the Ad Server provider must be unassigned from the campaign, by removing its technology assignment in the Schedule grid. Then, the Ad Placement can be canceled.

To cancel an Ad Placement, do the following:

  1. Open the media campaign that contains the Ad Placement to be cancelled.

  2. Navigate to the campaign's External Integrations tab. 
    Ad Server Provider dashboard.

  3. Optional: If the appropriate provider is not already selected, use the Provider list to select the desired providerIn the Provider List, select the desired external ad server Provider.

  4. In the Traffic Grid, select the desired Ad Placement.

  5. Click the Cancel button.

  6. Click the Save Changes button. Otherwise, the cancelled placement canceling of the Ad Placement will not actually be cancelledsaved.

  7. Optional: If the Ad Placement had previously been uploaded, cancelling re-upload the Ad Placement in OneStrata requires the Ad Placement to be re-uploaded, in order to also cancel the Ad Placement it within the external ad server campaign. To re-upload the Ad Placement:
    Select the now cancelled Ad Placement.
    Click the Upload button.
