Campaigns Module
General
See When Other Users Are Viewing the Same Campaign
What is it? When viewing a campaign, if another user is viewing the same campaign, a badge is displayed in the campaign header.
- Previously, there was no way of knowing if another user was active on the same campaign.
- Now, when working on a campaign, users can see if other users are viewing the same tab or a different tab within the campaign. This makes it easier to coordinate work on campaigns with multiple workflows or owners.
When other users are in a campaign, a badge is displayed in the upper right corner of the campaign management tab that the other users are in. The badge displays the number of users on the tab; hovering over the badge displays a tooltip that lists the actual user names.
For example, imagine the following scenario:
- You are in the Actualization tab.
- Another user is also in the Actualization tab
- Two other users are in the Schedule tab.
- In the campaign header, a badge with the number 2 is displayed next to Schedule and a badge with the number 1 is displayed next to Actualization.
Any users on a subpage of a campaign management tab are counted as being on that tab. For example, if one user is editing the Schedule grid and another user is on the Advertiser View page, this is displayed as two users being in the Schedule tab.
Where is it? This new feature affects the campaign management tabs, located on the header of every campaign.
How am I affected? This new feature replaces See Other Users Viewing the Same Schedule, which was released in OneStrata version 25.4.22 (May 8, 2025).
Do I need to do anything? No — this new feature is automatically available for all OneStrata enterprises.
Schedules
Schedule Import Results Are Displayed
What is it? After importing a schedule via the Excel template, a notification with the results of the import is displayed. The notification has one of the following formats:
Message Format | Meaning |
---|---|
Import Successful - X row(s) imported | All X rows in the Excel template were successfully imported to the Schedule grid. |
Import Failed - X row(s) not imported | All X rows in the Excel template were invalid and were not imported to the Schedule grid. A row is invalid if the Line Type or Name field is blank. |
Import With Errors - X rows(s) imported | All X rows in the Excel template were imported to the Schedule grid, but all rows contained a validation error that should be manually fixed. For example, a row contains a validation error if the Cost Category field is blank or incorrectly spelled. |
Import With Errors - Y row(s) imported, Z row(s) not imported | Some combination of the above. |
These new notifications make it easier to understand and troubleshoot the results of the schedule import.
Where is it? This change affects Excel imports to the Schedule grid, managed on the Schedule tab.
Do I need to do anything? No — this change is automatically applied to all OneStrata enterprises.
External Integrations
Add Upload Details to the Ad Server Grid
What is it? After placements are uploaded to the ad server, the traffic grid for Ad Servers displays upload details including Date Uploaded, and Uploaded By. This helps to easily monitor and troubleshoot placement uploads between OneStrata Digital and ad servers.
Previously, the Ad Server traffic grid only showed upload status (Not Uploaded, Canceled, Uploaded, Edited, Upload Failed, Canceled, Archived).
Now, after placements are uploaded to the ad server, the Ad Server traffic grid details additional upload details, including Date Uploaded and Uploaded By, which display as a dedicated Last Upload column at the end of the grid and as part of a tooltip when hovering a placement's Status. This data is included in any Excel exports, and the fields Last Upload and Last Uploaded By are added to the existing filter options.
Where is it? This feature affects the Ad Server dashboard within the External Integrations tab in of a campaign.
Do I need to to do anything? No — this new feature is automatically available for all OneStrata enterprises.
Actualization
Actualize Margin Cost Lines on Vendor Delivery Data
What is it? There is a new option for margin actualization: actualize on actual, delivered cost and units.
- Previously, users could only actualize margin Cost Lines by manually adjusting the Actual Units, Vendor Net Cost (VC), Client Net Cost (VC), or Margin % values. Users could apply values from an external (Site or 3rd Party) source, but only for standard Cost Lines.
- Now, users can also apply a Site or 3rd Party source for margin Cost Lines.
Applying an external source retrieves delivery data directly from the linked vendor, reducing the need to manually enter values across multiple platforms.
To support margin actualization with an external source, the following columns have been added to the Margin Actualization grid:
- Actual Source
- Site Cost
- Site Units
- 3rd Party Cost
- 3rd Party Units
Where is it? This new feature affects the Margin Actualization grid, located on the Actualization tab.
How am I affected? For margin actualization, applying an external source retrieves the delivered vendor cost and/or delivered units, depending on the information that the linked vendor provides. The margin percentage value is locked and the client cost is recalculated accordingly. For more information, see the Margin Actualization Grid column in Types of Actual Value Sources.
Do I need to do anything? No — this new feature is automatically available for all OneStrata enterprises.
Administration Module
External Integrations
Manually Set Data Range for Data Feeds
What is it? Data feeds, stored under Admin > External Integration (Credentials) > Data Feed, enable the retrieval of delivery data for integrated campaigns. Users can select a custom date range for a specified period, allowing them to retrieve additional data and ensure all relevant information is captured. Users with access to the External Integration page within the Admin module can manually run data feeds to ensure timely and accurate delivery data. Previously, data feeds ran only automatically, and only allowed for data up to 14 days in the past.
Where is it? This new feature affects the Data Feed settings on the External Integrations page of the Admin module.
Do I need to do anything? No — this new feature is automatically available for all OneStrata enterprises with access to the External Integration page in the Admin module. It is still recommended that primary data feeds are set to Automatic.
Reference Data
Automatic Application of New Media Data Access to All Users
What is it? When the Apply All Medias to New Users setting is enabled on the Enterprise record, all new Media types created in SBMS and synced to OneStrata Digital are now automatically applied to all users’ media data access.
Previously, if a new Media was added to an Enterprise with the Apply All Medias to New Users option enabled, administrators still had to manually update each user’s access. Without this update, users would not receive access to the new Media type.
Now, when an Enterprise is configured with:
Externally Sourced Master Data enabled, and
the Apply All Medias to New Users setting set to True,
all newly added Media types are automatically applied to every user in the Enterprise.
Note: This setting is managed by FreeWheel. To enable or disable it, contact your OneStrata representative.
Do I need to do anything? No action is required if your Enterprise has the Apply All Medias to New Users option enabled. User access is automatically updated when new Media types are added and synced to OneStrata Digital.
If the setting is not enabled, administrators must continue to manually grant access to new Media types for the appropriate users.
Order Partners Are Alphabetically Ordered and Searchable During Terms & Conditions Record Creation
What is it? When creating a Terms & Conditions record, the Order Partner dropdown field lists Order Partners in alphabetical order and is searchable, making it behave similarly to the Agency, Business Unit, and Client Group or Client fields.
Previously, the Order Partner field listed Order Partners by ID number and was not searchable.
Where is it? This change affects Terms & Conditions records, which are managed on the Admin > Reference Data > Terms & Conditions tab.
Do I need to do anything? No — this change is automatically applied to all OneStrata enterprises.
