Starting September 30, 2024, all Oracle products, including BlueKai, MOAT, and Grapeshot segments, as well as MOAT post bid measurement, will no longer be available on the Beeswax platform. If this impacts you, Beeswax account teams are available to assist in finding alternative options. For questions, please contact your Beeswax account representative.

Our product and engineering teams have been working towards a comprehensive UI and API overhaul of the platform in an effort to improve your campaign management experience.

For our UI-focused customers, the upgrades lead to a sleeker interface, simpler workflow, and added functionality. This in turn means less clicks to manage campaigns and faster activation across the platform. For our API-focused customers, these upgrades mean standardized syntax, increased usability, increased speed, and new functionalities.

A table outlining when each object of the platform is updated is below:

As you can see, every component has a beta date, GA (General Availability) date, and migration deadline. More detail on each stage is below:

  • The beta is optional, but highly recommended as this will give you the opportunity to test the new upgrade and give your feedback to the product team. You have the option of enabling the feature in your sandbox environment. As with any beta, the feature is still in test-mode, so we appreciate your understanding of any issues that come up in this phase. Betas will always be on an opt-in basis (let your CSM know if you would like to opt in).
  • General Availability (GA) status means that the upgraded interface has moved out of the beta phase and is ready for wide adoption. Please note, once the V2 object has been enabled, both the original and new versions of the API will be available. That being said, if you have concerns about the GA enablement, please reach out to your CSM.
  • The migration deadline is the deadline by which all customers must switch to the upgraded APIs.If you would like to migrate before that, you are certainly welcome, however, we ask that all customers be migrated by the deadline.

We’re excited to continue to roll out this platform overhaul and can’t wait for you to experience the benefits.
