How to access different parts of the OneStrata platform.
OneStrata Home Page
Depending on enterprise configuration, the OneStrata home page may look different.
Unified Home Page
The unified home page will be available starting in early August 2025. You'll receive an email when your agency is ready to be migrated.
For advertising agencies that use OneStrata Digital and/or any other Strata Agency applications, the OneStrata home page looks like this:
OneStrata-Only Home Page
All enterprises will have the OneStrata-only home page until they have been migrated to the unified home page, if applicable.
You'll receive an email when your agency is ready to be migrated.
For advertising agencies that use OneStrata Digital and no other Strata Agency applications, the OneStrata home page looks like this:
Home Page Elements
The OneStrata home page contains the following items:

1 | Navigation menu | Links to access different parts of OneStrata. For more information, see OneStrata Navigation Menu. |
2 | Campaign Management module | The Campaign Management module helps users manage campaigns with streamlined and integrated workflows, from planning to buying through to actualization. On the unified home page, the Campaign Management module contains links to the other Strata Agency applications used by the advertising agency. |
3 | Finance module | The Finance module provides functions to manage financial orders and estimates across campaigns, with the capability to connect to agency finance systems. |
4 | Reports module | The Reports module enables users to query information across the entire OneStrata platform and build customized visualizations, reports, and dashboards that can be shared internally and externally. |
5 | Administration module | The Administration module provides self-service tools to manage user access and permissions, configure master and reference data, and customize various fields, templates, and application settings according to business requirements. |
OneStrata Navigation Menu
The OneStrata navigation menu contains the following items:

1 | FreeWheel logo | Click the FreeWheel logo to return to the OneStrata home page. |
2 | Campaign Management | Click Campaign Management to open the Campaign Management module navigation menu. |
3 | Finance | Click Finance to open the Finance module navigation menu. |
4 | Reports | Click Reports to open the Reports module navigation menu. |
5 | Administration | Click Administration to open the Administration module navigation menu. |
6 | Search (search icon) | Click the search icon to open the Quick Search widget and quickly go to a specific campaign, estimate, or order. For more information, see Quick Search Across OneStrata. |
7 | Resource Center (ribbon icon) | Click the notifications icon to view recent product updates and release notes. |
8 | Support Center (information icon) | Click the information icon to open the support center:

9 | Account Management (user profile icon) | Click the user profile icon to:

10 | Enterprise Name OneStrata | If the current user is a seller user, click here to switch between OneStrata and Vendor Inbox. |
Quick Search Across OneStrata
Use the quick search function to quickly go from any page in OneStrata to a specific campaign, estimate, or order.
To quick search, do the following:
- In the navigation menu, click the search icon to open the Quick Search widget.
- In the Quick Search widget:
Action Steps Open a campaign
Go to a campaign's Overview tab
- In the first field, select Campaign.
- In the second field, enter the ID or external ID of the campaign.
- Click the name of the campaign.
Open an estimate
Go to an estimate's Details tab
- In the first field, select Estimate.
- In the second field, enter the ID or external ID of the estimate.
- Click the name of the estimate.
Open an order
Go to an order's Order Details page
- In the first field, select Order.
- In the second field, enter the ID or external ID of the order.
- Click the name of the order.
- In the first field, select Campaign.
