View the Delivery Metrics of a Linked Cost Line

If a Cost Line and external entity are linked, the vendor delivery cost and number of delivered units of the linked external entity can be viewed and used for actualization within OneStrata.

To view the delivery metrics of an entity linked to a Cost Line, do the following:

  1. Open the OneStrata campaign that contains the linked entity.

  2. Go to the campaign's Actualization tab.

  3. In the Standard Actualization or Margin Actualization grid, do the following:

    1. Find the Actualization grid line that represents the linked Cost Line, using the (Cost Line) ID or External ID values.

Delivery data is broken out by billing period month, with each month corresponding to a Billing Period line.

    2. If necessary, scroll horizontally until the Site Cost and Site Unit columns are reached.
      Column NameDescription
Site CostThe vendor delivery cost of the linked external entity.
Site UnitThe number of delivered units of the linked external entity.

The Site Cost and Site Unit values can be used for actualization. For more information, see Actualize a Media Cost Line, making sure to select Site as the applied source.

View the Delivery Metrics of Multiple Entities Linked to a Cost Line

When multiple entities are linked to the same Cost Line, the delivery metrics for the linked entities are aggregated at the billing period and Cost Line levels.

Therefore, the process of viewing delivery metrics for multiple entities linked to the same Cost Line is the same as the process of viewing delivery metrics for a single entity linked to a Cost Line.
