View Segment Categories in Line Item Targeting
View segment categories in Trafficking > Line Items > Edit Line Item > Targeting > Segments, under the “Your Segments" row. Each category is a folder with associated segments nested beneath it.
Note that Segment Categories exist at the Advertiser level or at the Account level. Categories created for one advertiser may not be visible when editing a line item for a different advertiser.
Share a Segment Category
Segment categories can be shared between accounts within the same UI instance via the API. Users that have different accounts for each customer can store segment categories in a master account, and use the API to share those segment categories with their customer accounts. For more info on the API calls required, please see Segment Category Sharing.
Delete a Segment Category
To delete categories, in Manage Categories, use the - button to the right of the category. A category cannot be deleted if it has child categories, or if existing segments belong to it.
