How to access different parts of the Vendor Inbox platform. 


Vendor Inbox Home Page

The Vendor Inbox home page contains the following items:

1Navigation menu

At the top of each Vendor Inbox page are links to access different parts of Vendor Inbox.

For more information, see Vendor Inbox Navigation Menu.

2Orders sectionClick Go To My Orders to view all orders.
3To Do List section

Displays new orders for the vendor to review:

  • The number of new orders.
  • The total cost of the new orders.

Click Review New Orders to view all new orders.

4Follow Up section

Displays revised orders for the vendor to review:

  • The number of revised orders.
  • The total cost of the revised orders.

Click Revised Orders to view all revised orders.


Vendor Inbox Navigation Menu

The Vendor Inbox navigation menu contains the following items:

1FreeWheel logoClick the FreeWheel logo to return to the Vendor Inbox home page.
2OrdersClick Orders to go to the Vendor Orders page.
3User Access

Click User Access to go to the User Access page.

4Information icon

Click the information icon to go to the Vendor Inbox knowledge base.

5User profile icon

Click the user profile icon to:

  • Go to the Account Settings page.
  • Log out of Vendor Inbox.
6Vendor Inbox

If the current account is a seller user, click Vendor Inbox to switch between Vendor Inbox and OneStrata.



Switch Between Vendor Inbox and OneStrata Accounts

This section only applies to internal seller users that have access to both Vendor Inbox and OneStrata.

To switch from Vendor Inbox to OneStrata, do the following:

  1. In the top navigation bar, click Vendor Inbox.

  2. Click OneStrata.

  3. Read the message confirming the platform switch.

  4. Click the Switch button.
