Overview

OneStrata supports creating and saving multiple draft schedule options for a campaign, in order to consider different budgets and tactics prior to commit. Agencies can review and share multiple schedule options with Clients during the planning process until one schedule option is approved, before committing to orders.

Schedule Statuses and Workflow

Status

Description

The initial Schedule status upon Media Campaign Creation and of any new Schedule option created prior to commit. Draft Schedules (and other Schedule options for a given campaign) have not been been committed. The Schedule status must be Draft in order to be renamed, deleted, or saved as a new Schedule option.
Status is Active when the Schedule has committed lines. Only one Schedule option can be committed and set to Active; upon first commit, all other Schedule options become read-only and set to Archived. Active Schedules with committed lines can also contain draft lines and uncommitted changes.
Status is Archived and the Schedule is read-only when a different Schedule option for a given campaign has committed lines. Archived Schedules can still be displayed in the grid as read-only.

When one or more lines in a schedule draft option is committed, the status of that schedule option changes to Active. Any other schedule options become read-only Archived schedules. Schedule draft options can no longer be created or deleted.
