Overview How to access different parts of the Vendor Inbox platform.  Vendor Inbox Home Page The Vendor Inbox home page contains the following items: Item Description Navigation menu At the top of each Vendor Inbox page are links to access different parts of Vendor Inbox. For more information, see  Vendor Inbox Navigation Menu . Orders  section Click  Go To My Orders  to  view all orders . To Do List  section Displays new orders for the vendor to review: The number of new orders. The total cost of the new orders. Click  Review New Orders  to  view all new orders . Follow Up  section Displays revised orders for the vendor to review: The number of revised orders. The total cost of the revised orders. Click  Revised Orders  to  view all revised orders . Vendor Inbox Navigation Menu The Vendor Inbox navigation menu contains the following items: Item Description FreeWheel logo Click the FreeWheel logo to return to the Vendor Inbox home page. Orders Click  Orders  to go to the  Vendor Orders page . User Access Click  User Access  to go to the  User Access page . Support Center   (information icon) Click the information icon to open the Vendor Inbox  support center: About Vendor Inbox : View the OneStrata license agreement and current Vendor Inbox version. Knowledge Base : Go to the Vendor Inbox knowledge base. Support Request : Go to Zendesk to submit a support ticket. Account Management   (user profile icon) Click the user profile icon to: Go to the   Account Settings page. Log out of Vendor Inbox. Vendor Inbox If the current account is a  seller user , c lick  Vendor Inbox  to switch between Vendor Inbox and OneStrata. Switch Between Vendor Inbox and OneStrata Accounts This section only applies to internal   seller users  that have access to both Vendor Inbox and OneStrata. To  switch from Vendor Inbox to OneStrata, do the following: In the top navigation bar, click  Vendor Inbox . Click  OneStrata . Read the message confirming the platform switch. Click the  Switch  button.
