Deactivate a Credential Record Deactivated Credential records cannot be reactivated. To deactivate a Credential record, do the following: Go to the  Admin  >  External Integrations  >  Credentials  tab. Open the desired record. At the bottom of the screen, click  Deactivate . Open a Credential Record To open a Credential record, do the following: Go to the  Admin  >  External Integrations  >  Credentials  tab. Optional: By default, only active records are displayed. Remove filters and display all records by clicking  Clear All  in the Applied Filters bar. Click the name of the desired record in the  Name / ID  column of the Credentials grid.
