The   tax workflow   is a gated feature and not enabled by default.   If the tax workflow is not enabled, Tax records are not available. Taxes Tab UI Elements The   Administration  >   Reference Data   >   Taxes   tab displays information about an enterprise's Tax records. The  Taxes  tab contains the following elements: Item Description Reference Data navigation tabs Use these tabs to access and manage different types of reference data records: Fees & Tech Rates  tab Taxes  tab Commissions  tab Exchange Rates  tab Terms & Conditions  tab Media  tab Cost Categories   tab Tax Category   Click to open the Tax Category page and view all tax categories. Alternate Tax Option   Click to open the Alternate Tax Option page and view all Alternate Tax Options. Client Taxes   Click to open the Client Taxes page and view all Client Tax records. Vendor Taxes Click to open the Vendor Taxes page and view all Vendor Tax records.
