Overview The  Estimates Details  page contains detailed information about specific estimates and any linked  media campaign(s). Estimates Details - Details Tab The  Details  tab contains the following elements when reviewing an existing estimate: Section Column Name Description Applicable Entity Read-only  Agency The Agency assigned to the estimate. Applicable Entity Read-only Business Unit The Business Unit assigned to the estimate. Applicable Entity Read-only Client  The Client assigned to the estimate. Applicable Entity Read-only Product The Product assigned to the estimate. Applicable Entity Read-only Media  The media type assigned to the estimate. General Name The name of the estimate. General Start Date The start date of the estimate. General End Date The end date of the estimate. General Budget The budget of the estimate. General Cost Type The cost type of the estimate budget. General Optional External ID If the  estimate export  feature is  not  enabled, this field can be edited. If the estimate export feature is enabled, this field cannot be edited. If using an external system to track the estimate, the identifier used by the external system for the estimate. General Optional Estimate Group For enterprises connected to SBMS, when an estimate is exported, the value of the  Estimate Group  field is also sent to SBMS. F or enterprises not connected to SBMS, the  Estimate Group  field has no effect on estimate exports to the external media finance system. The SBMS estimate group of the estimate. When the estimate is exported: If an SBMS estimate group with the same name as the  Estimate Group  value exists, the estimate is added to that estimate group. If no such estimate group exists, a new SBMS estimate group is created. Its name is the same as the  Estimate Group  value. If the estimate is created during the media campaign creation as part of a campaign group, the  Estimate Group  will be populated with the campaign group name, but still editable.  Approval Process Read-only Last Status   The most recent approval status of the estimate. The value of the  Last Status  field can be: Approval Required. Pending Approval Approved Declined Approval Process Read-only Last Approver The most recent approver of the estimate. If  Approved , the value of the  Last Approver  field will display the approver's name. If in any other status (Pending Approval, Approved, Declined), the Last Approver field will display the name of the person who created the estimate/requested the approval. Approval Process Read-only Last Comment Any comment added to the estimate by the most recent estimate approver. The value of the  Last Comment  displays any comments added by approvers. Approval Process Assign Approvers The person assigned to approve the estimate(s). A request to  approve the estimate  is sent by email to the selected approver(s) upon estimate creation. Estimates Details - Media Campaigns Tab The  Media Campaigns  tab within the  Finance  >  Estimate Details  page provides a look into any media campaigns linked with a given estimate. Here, users can review media campaign details and link or unlink media campaigns from estimates. Media Campaigns Grid Column Description Name / ID The name and identifier of the media campaign. Agency The Agency of the media campaign. Business Unit The Business Unit of the media campaign. Client The Client of the media campaign. Product The Product of the media campaign. Media The Media Type of the media campaign. Valid From The date from which the media campaign is valid.  Valid To The date until which the media campaign is valid. Campaign Group The Campaign Group of the media campaign.
