Overview On October 8, 2026, FreeWheel is introducing a secure login experience for Curation Hub to improve account security and simplify access across networks. Key changes include: Email-based login with multi-factor authentication (MFA) for users who sign in directly to the platform. MFA is required for all email-based logins. Continued support for existing single sign-on (SSO) integrations. One account per user, tied to a unique email address. Simplified access for users who work across multiple networks, with the ability to switch between eligible networks after signing in. This update also helps eliminate duplicate or inactive accounts and simplifies user access management. Who This Applies To This update applies to users who currently sign in with a username and password. If you currently sign in with a username and password, your account will be migrated to FreeWheel's secure email-based login experience. Important Exceptions Users will not be upgraded if: They have not logged into the platform since December 31, 2025 or have never logged in. Their email address is invalid or consistently bounces. The email address associated with the login is a shared mailbox. The user has API access. They have multiple user accounts for the same network with the same email address. (Only the user account with the most recent activity is upgraded.) They have been identified as a vendor via their email domain. SSO Users Users who already authenticate through their organization's SSO provider have already been upgraded and should not need to change how they sign in. What's Changing? After your account is upgraded: Your email address becomes your username. You will continue using your existing password unless prompted otherwise. MFA will be required. Multiple accounts associated with the same user may be consolidated into a single email-based account where applicable. Sign In Use the unified login page: https://mrm.freewheel.tv/unified_login Logging In After the Upgrade After your account is upgraded: Open the unified login page. Enter your email address. Enter your password. Complete MFA setup or verification. Access the platform and switch between eligible networks as needed. Creating New Users All networks upgraded to secure login should use the  External User Management  tab to create new users going forward. Be sure to create users with a valid email address that matches the user's login identity. After a user is created: An activation email is sent. The user sets a password. The user completes MFA setup. Supported MFA Methods Available MFA options may include: Okta Verify Google Authenticator Security keys Biometric authenticators Need Help?
