- Troubleshoot ad decisioning and understand why ads were selected or filtered.
- Review pacing details and change history for individual orders.

The Purchased Orders dashboard includes the following tabs:

- [Performance](#Performance-Tab)
- [Troubleshooting](#Troubleshooting-Tab)
- [Order Details](#Order-Details-Tab)

---

# Access the Purchased Orders Dashboard

Navigate to **Reports > Supply > Purchased Orders**.

# Performance Tab

This tab is selected by default. The Performance tab is used to view the performance of orders across historical and forecasted trend lines, analyze suppliers, monitor distribution across standard attributes, and review Marketplace order details. Curation Hub users can use this tab to identify how many impressions have been delivered on a network, how ads are performing in inventory accepted through the Marketplace, which DMA receives the highest margins, and other business-critical insights.

## Performance Tab UI

### Global Filter and KPI Metrics

The Performance tab includes a global filter that helps slice data by metric and condition. Insights can be surfaced for historical and forecasted data in one place, and high-level metrics can be viewed across inventory.

By default, the filter is set to **yesterday and today**. If less than seven days of data is selected, data is provided hourly or daily; if eight days or more are selected, data is provided daily only. The global filter applies only to the tab on which it is set.

Common KPI metrics include:

- Order Avails in Played Slot
- Selected Ads in Played Slot - Primary
- Net Counted Ads
- Net Delivered Impressions
- Revenue
- Cost
- Margin

### Delivery Trend

From the Delivery Trend dashboard, select up to two metrics at a time to compare historical or forecasted trend lines. Use this view to compare business-critical metrics such as revenue versus net delivered impressions and identify unexpected behavior over time. KPI data can be viewed as a graph or table and exported as CSV.

### Seller and Funnel Metrics

Use Seller Metrics to understand which sellers are providing order avails and use Funnel Metrics to understand how ads perform in inventory accepted through the Marketplace. This section gives a quick view of the top ten suppliers of Marketplace inventory and ads delivered into those opportunities.

### Distribution Among Standard Attributes

The Performance tab includes distribution views across standard attributes organized under **Geo**, **Platform**, and **Content**. Standard attributes can be filtered on a specific metric, viewed as a graph or table, and exported as CSV.

### Order List

The Order List provides a quick view of the top ten Marketplace orders based on revenue generated and delivered impressions. Users can filter the metrics on the table and export the data. To see all metrics in the UI, it may be necessary to scroll horizontally.

# Troubleshooting Tab

The Troubleshooting tab provides a problem-solving view of inventory accepted through Marketplace orders. It supports guaranteed and non-guaranteed inventory. Curation Hub users can use this tab to understand ad server decisioning, discover why some ads are selected and others are not, and narrow issues to a specific DMA, device type, or content area.

## Troubleshooting UI

### Order Table

The Order section displays a table of ad decisioning metrics for orders in the selected time range that meet the criteria of applied filters. Use this table to review how many ads are considered, selected, and filtered for each order.

Users can review:

- **OSI (On Schedule Indicator):** Measures how the order is delivering in relation to its pacing curve.
- **Opportunities:** Number of opportunities passed to the order to deliver an ad.
- **Distinct Candidate Ads:** Number of ads that matched an ad request’s targeting criteria.
- **Distinct Filtered Ads:** Number and percentage of candidate ads filtered out during ad server selection.
- **Distinct Selected Ads - Primary:** Number and percentage of candidate ads selected in the primary position.
- **Selected Ads - Primary:** Number of candidate ads selected in the primary position and sent back to the player.

### Trend

The Trend section displays five metrics over time. The stacked bar represents **Distinct Filtered Ads** and **Distinct Selected Ads**, while the line chart represents **Opportunities**, **Distinct Candidate Ads**, and **Selected Ads - Primary**. Toggle between chart and table views to analyze these metrics over time.

### Ad Filter Reasons

The Ad Filter Reasons section displays a pie chart of the reasons ad candidates were filtered out. Toggle between chart and table views, and click filter reasons to analyze trends over time. Common reasons include Slot Mismatch, Competition Failure, Frequency Cap Reached, and Budget Met.

Tooltips provide descriptions of filtered reasons and possible remedial actions.

To drill down further into filter reasons, click the **Profile Check** or **Competition** slice in the Ad Filter Reasons pie chart. These are the only two filter reasons that support drill-down.

### Hourly Trend

Use Hourly Trend to monitor how filter reasons change after ad settings are adjusted.

### Device Type

The Device Type section shows metric distribution across device categories such as Connected TV/CTV, Phone, Personal Computer/Desktop, Tablet, Set Top Box, and Unknown.

### DMA

The DMA section displays metric distribution across Endpoint Owner, Endpoint Name, DMA, Programmer, and Brand. You can filter attributes by metric, view the data as a graph or table, and export the data as a CSV file.

# Order Details Tab

The Order Details tab provides users with detailed visibility into the performance and pacing of Marketplace orders. It supports real-time monitoring and analysis through three key sections:

- **Change History** – Tracks modifications made during the order’s flight to help identify the causes of delivery shifts.

The Order Details tab also includes the **On Schedule Indicator (OSI)**, which helps users evaluate whether an order is pacing as expected.

When opening the tab directly, users are prompted to choose an order to start.

### To view Order Details
