# Overview

Listings should be thoroughly [reviewed](https://freewheel-knowledge-hub.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CHUG/pages/510427158) in Curation Hub to confirm they accurately reflect all terms negotiated with the publisher. If a listing does not align with the negotiated terms, it can be rejected, and feedback can be provided directly through the Curation Hub UI.

# Reject a Listing

Follow these steps to reject a listing:

1. Navigate to **Supply** > **Marketplace** > **Available Listings**.
2. Click on the listing to be rejected.
3. Click **Reject this listing**.
4. Enter a reason that the listing is being rejected.

> ℹ️ Be thorough and specific when providing a reason. This information is sent directly to the publisher and can help quickly identify and expedite any needed changes.

5. Click **Reject Listing**.
