General Updates Inventory Availability Support for LiveRamp RampIDs in FreeWheel Bid Requests What is it?  FreeWheel Streaming Hub publishers can now add RampIDs to their bid requests before sending to DSPs, including Buyer Cloud. RampIDs can be included in bid requests from Streaming Hub, which can then be used for the following: Segment Targeting Frequency Capping Logs Do I need to do anything?  This feature is automatically available for all accounts buying FreeWheel supply; no action is required.  Resource(s):   LiveRamp RampID Bidding and Segment Targeting Trafficking Module Line Items Blockgraph and Experian Segment Expansion is Automatically Enabled What is it?  The following segment expansion options are now available by default for all Buyer Cloud accounts: Blockgraph 1st party segment expansion Blockgraph 3rd party segment expansion Experian 1st party segment expansion Previously, you had to reach out to your account manager to access these features.  Note that Experian 3rd party segment expansion was already automatically available. Where is it?  Once uploaded, your segments will be available in a line item under  Targeting  >  Segments  >  Experian  or  Blockgraph . Do I need to do anything?  These features are automatically available for all accounts; no action is required.  Resource(s):   Blockgraph How to Register Custom Experian Segments Congressional and Legislative District Targeting What is it?  Buyer Cloud now provides congressional and legislative district data. When targeting a line item, the following geo options are available: Congressional Districts State House State Senate In addition, congressional and legislative district data can be used in bid and delivery modifiers, the Geo Report, and bid and win logs. Where is it?  To target political districts on a line item, navigate to  Targeting  >  Geo . Do I need to do anything?  Congressional and legislative districts are automatically available for customers who have ZIP+4 targeting enabled.  ZIP+4  is automatically available for all Buyer Cloud accounts with standard setups; if you have a custom Buyer Cloud setup, contact your account representative to enable ZIP+4 targeting.  Resource(s):   Geo Targeting Conversion Tags The Conversion Tags page was previously named Events until this update. Enhanced Conversion Tags UI What is it?  A new UI is available for creating, editing, and duplicating conversion tags. As part of this update, the following changes have been made: All mentions of Events have been updated to Conversion Tags. A new tag type called  URL for creative add-ons  allows conversion tags to be used in creative add-ons. The Duplicate feature can now create multiple copies of a conversion tag at once. Tags can be copied directly from the Conversion Tags list view. The attribution method of a conversion tag can be edited. The conversion tag creation workflow now includes warnings to inform when changes will impact attribution or reporting. Where is it?   Trafficking  >  Conversion Tags . Do I need to do anything? All mentions of  Events  in Reporting have been updated to  Conversion Tags , as part of the Conversion Tags update described in the above  Enhanced Conversion Tags UI  release note. The following changes have been made: The Events Report is now the Conversion Tags Report. Mentions of  Events  in report fields were updated to  Conversions .
