Overview An advertiser represents the brand or client you are running impressions for. Advertisers are used to organize campaigns, line items, and creatives, store brand-level data required by exchanges, and demonstrate how specific brands are performing in Analytics. Access the Advertiser Page Navigate to  Trafficking  >  Advertiser . Advertiser Page UI Elements The Advertiser page contains the following elements: Item Location Description Search Bar Top left Use the search bar to search for advertisers by name ( Advertiser Name ) or ID ( Advertiser ID ). Edit Mode  toggle Top right Toggle on  Edit Mode  to edit an advertiser’s  Name  or  Status  directly from the list view. New Advertiser  button Top right Click the  New Advertiser  button to start the advertiser creation process. Menu  icon (three vertical dots) Top right Click the menu icon to: Manage Columns : Select additional columns to display in the list view and change the order of the columns in the list view. Export : Export the current list view page to a CSV, XSLX, JSON or XML file. Quick Filters  section Left of the list view The  Quick Filters  section contains a selection of commonly used filters that can be quickly applied to the list view. Some, but not all, quick filters can be applied with other quick filters. When multiple quick filters are applied, only items that match all filter criteria (AND logic) are displayed. The Advertiser list view quick filters are: Active : Advertisers with  Status  as  Active . Spent Today : Advertisers that have spent money on impressions today. Associated Campaigns : Advertisers associated with at least one campaign. Favorites Only : Filters for advertisers you have favorited. Advertiser list view Center of the page The list view shows summary details of each advertiser under an account. Action bar Appears at the bottom of the list view, after selecting at least one advertiser Use the action bar to: Start the bulk edit workflow for the selected advertisers by selecting the  Bulk Edit  button. Deactivate all selected advertisers at once by selecting the  Deactivate  button. Default Advertiser List View Columns Column Name Description Campaigns Clickable field with a displayed number of campaigns assigned to the advertiser. Line Items Clickable field with a displayed number of line items assigned to the advertiser. Creatives Clickable field with a displayed number of creatives assigned to the advertiser. Status Displaying as either  Active  or  Inactive . Today Spend Total Spend for the specific day of viewing; displayed numerically. Lifetime Spend Total Spend for the lifetime of the campaign; displayed numerically. Today Impressions Impressions received the day of viewing; displayed numerically. Lifetime Impressions Impressions earned over the lifetime of a campaign; displayed numerically. Advertisers Quick Filters Panel Filter Name Description Active Filter by Active advertisers only.  Spent Today Filter by advertisers who have spent on the current day viewing. Associated Campaigns Campaigns that may be associated to the advertiser. Favorites Only Filter by advertisers who are selected as favorites (star to the left of the advertiser name). Advertiser Tabs When you open an advertiser, by default the advertiser opens to its  Summary  tab, which contains an overview of how the advertiser is configured. Each advertiser contains the following tabs: Tab Name Description Summary The  Summary  tab contains an overview of the fields set in the  General  tab.  To edit any of these fields, click on them to open the related category in the  General  tab. General The  General  tab contains the  Essential Settings ,  Defaults , and  SKAd Tracking  settings for this advertiser.  You can edit any of these fields here, and select  Save  at the bottom to save your changes and go back to the advertiser list view. Campaigns The  Campaigns  tab contains a list view of all campaigns created under this advertiser.  You can take all of the standard campaign list view actions from this page, and the advertiser will automatically be set as the advertiser you are in. Line Items The  Line Items  tab contains a list view of all line items created under this advertiser.  You can take all of the standard line item list view actions from this page, and the advertiser will automatically be set as the advertiser you are in. Creatives The  Creatives  tab contains a list view of all creatives created under this advertiser.  You can take all of the standard creatives list view actions from this page, and the advertiser will automatically be set as the advertiser you are in. Activity Log The  Activity Log  tab contains a record of the recent changes made to this advertiser. From this tab, you can review previous versions of this advertiser and restore a previous version, if needed. Advertiser > Summary Tab The  Summary  tab contains an overview of all fields set in the  General  tab.  To edit any of these fields, click on them to open the related category in the  General  tab. Advertiser > General Tab The  General  tab contains the  Essential Settings ,  Defaults , and  SKAd Tracking  settings for this advertiser.  You can edit any of these fields here, and select  Save  at the bottom to save your changes and go back to the advertiser list view. Essential Settings *Required Field Name Description Advertiser Domain* The advertiser’s primary domain. This is required by most exchanges. Advertiser App Bundle The advertiser app bundle is a unique identifier to the app in each app store’s ecosystem.  It is a bundle or package name for Android (such as com.myapp.mygame) and a numeric ID for iOS (such as 123456789). Advertiser Category* The category of the advertiser’s product or services. This will be a dropdown selection of options. Alternative ID A number or string used to map this object to an object in your system. Notes Any notes that are applicable to this specific advertiser. Defaults These default settings are applied across all objects associated with this advertiser, including campaigns, line items, and creatives. These objects auto-populate field data that are set at the advertiser level. *Required Field Name Description Default Continent* The continent on which line items will be serving for this advertiser. Default Currency* The currency type assigned to this advertiser’s campaigns. Default Click URL A default click-through URL be used in creatives that are missing a click-through URL. Default Campaign Preset Select from a dropdown of different campaign presets created on this account. Default Line Item Preset Select from a dropdown of different line item presets created on this account. Default Targeting Preset Select from a dropdown of different line item presets created on this account. Default Creative Thumbnail A default creative thumbnail with a preview on the right side of the screen.  These files may be uploaded from a computer, via URL, or chosen from an existing file used previously. Supported files types include GIF, JPEG, JPEG, JPG, and PNG. SKAd Tracking SKAdNetwork is only applicable for running mobile app install campaigns on iOS 14 or later and is not applicable on the following: iOS 13 or older Android For re-engagement or retargeting campaigns on iOS 14. When SKAd tracking is enabled, the  Advertiser App Bundle  attribute must be set in the  General  tab >  Essential Settings . Field Name Description Enable SKAd Tracking Toggle Yes or No to enable SKAd for this advertiser. SKAd Eligible MMPs A dropdown list of selectable measurement partners for SKAd forwarding. Advertiser > Campaigns Tab The  Campaigns  tab contains a list view of all campaigns created under this advertiser.  You can take all of the standard campaign list view actions from this page, and the advertiser will automatically be set as the advertiser you are in. For a full description of the columns in the campaigns tab, see  Campaigns . Advertiser > Line Items Tab The  Line Items  tab contains a list view of all line items created under this advertiser.  You can take all of the standard line item list view actions from this page, and the advertiser will automatically be set as the advertiser you are in. For a full description of the columns in the line items tab, see  Line Items . Advertiser > Creatives Tab The  Creatives  tab contains a list view of all creatives created under this advertiser.  You can take all of the standard creatives list view actions from this page, and the advertiser will automatically be set as the advertiser you are in. For a full description of the columns in the creatives tab, see  Creatives . Advertiser > Activity Log Tab The  Activity Log  tab contains a record of the recent changes made to this advertiser. From this tab, you can review previous versions of this advertiser and restore a previous version, if needed. Column Name Description Log ID An associated Log ID to the specific activity. Category The location of the change within the Advertiser settings. Field Which field in the Advertiser settings that was altered. Added Any settings added. Removed Any settings removed Action The specific action that was taken during the change. Options include  Create ,  Update , and  Delete . Select the  Action  heading to filter activity log entries by action type. Update  entries are removed from the activity log after 90 days. Date & Time Date & Time of the activity. User & ID The User & ID of the user who made the change. Review & Restore Select the restore button to open the  Review and Restore  widget, where you can review all Advertiser settings for this previous version. To replace the current version of the advertiser with this version, select  Restore this Version  at the bottom of the widget.
