What is it? The following categories are now included in Advertiser Categories when creating or editing an advertiser:
The expanded taxonomy of advertiser categories enables better classification and improves delivery across SSPs.
Where is it? Advertiser categories can be set through the UI or API. To view all advertiser categories in the UI, navigate to Advertisers > Edit Advertiser > General > Advertiser Category, where all available categories are listed in the dropdown.
Do I need to do anything? This feature is automatically available for all accounts; no action is required.
What is it? DoubleVerify's Authentic Brand Suitability (ABS) pre-bid segments are now compatible with CTV inventory. ABS pre-bid segments can now be used to access high-quality, vetted OTT and CTV inventory.
Where is it? Customers that have DoubleVerify ABS segments can view them in line item targeting within the Segments tab.
Do I need to do anything? Your existing ABS segments are automatically compatible with CTV inventory; no action is required. For customers interested in activating ABS or other DoubleVerify segments, reach out to your account representative for more details.

What is it? All Buyer Cloud customers now have one or more unique seat IDs. These new seat IDs are persistent across all SSPs.
There are two types of seat IDs:
| Seat Type | Description | Usage |
|---|---|---|
| Customer Seat | Every customer receives a unique Customer Seat ID. | Use the Customer Seat ID when all accounts under the same customer are eligible to bid on a deal. |
| Account Seat | Customers with more than one account also receive a unique Account Seat ID per account. Customer with only one account only receive a Customer Seat ID. | Use the Account Seat ID when only a specific account is eligible to bid on a deal. |
Previously, seat IDs were provisioned to customers upon request. These legacy seat IDs were SSP-specific, making seat management challenging because customers had to manage different seat IDs per SSP.
With the new unique seat ID taxonomy, you can now also view deal floor prices through the Deal ID w Bid Floor field. This field is available on:
