Overview

Real-Time Bidding Stats provides immediate insights into the performance of line items, enabling faster and more informed decision-making. Please note that these numbers are directional to help with decision making, but are not meant to be used as the source of truth.

Real-Time Stats Graph

The Real-Time Stats Graph is located on the ‘Overview’ tab of a line item and displays real-time data on bid and win performance.

Hovering over the graph shows estimated counts for bids and impressions.
Data is updated approximately every minute, with a typical delay of ~1 minute, and is generally within 10-15% of the actual bid and win numbers.

Key Use Cases

Current Bidding Status: Is the line item bidding? What is the current bid rate?
Current Winning Status: Is the line item winning? What is the current win rate?
Performance Trends: How have bids and wins trended over the past few hours or days?
Impact of Changes: How do modifications to the line item or campaign (e.g., targeting adjustments or frequency cap restrictions) affect bid and win rates?

Lookback Windows and Granularity

1 hour: 1-minute granularity
3 hours: 1-minute granularity
6 hours: 5-minute granularity
12 hours: 5-minute granularity
24 hours: 60-minute granularity
48 hours: 60-minute granularity
72 hours: 60-minute granularity

The Activity Table below the graph highlights changes made to the line item or campaign. Vertical colored lines on the graph correspond to these changes, and clicking on an event will show the specific modification in the activity log.

Delay Between Changes

Changes made to a line item may take up to 5 minutes to reflect in the bidding and win data. This includes the time it takes for bidding to start after a line item is activated or to stop after deactivation.

Real-Time Status

The Real-Time Status is displayed in the line item table and indicates whether a line item is currently bidding or winning.

Bidding Now: Displays "Yes" if the line item has received bids in the last 5 minutes; "No" if there have been no bids.
Winning Now: Displays "Yes" if the line item has won bids in the last 5 minutes; "No" if there have been no wins.

The order and visibility of these columns can be customized by clicking Customize Fields.

Spend Graph

The Spend Graph tracks the financial performance of a line item, including:

Incremental Spend (yellow line)
Total Spend (green line)
Total Budget (red line)

Graph Details:

The X-axis represents time.
The left Y-axis shows the total budget of the line item.
The right Y-axis displays cumulative spend, combining both incremental spend and budget.

Hovering over any of the lines will display additional details (including the specific values and date) in a pop-up text box.
