The Explore Analytics page provides tooling to explore and visualize the data entered and created within OneStrata, like information about a campaign's budget or the unique identification number of a specific Order. The results of a query can be saved and shared, internally or externally.
There are two tabs on the Explore Analytics page:
OneStrata Analytics is a gated feature and not enabled by default. If OneStrata Analytics is not enabled, the OneStrata tab is not available. To enable this feature, contact your OneStrata representative. |
The OneStrata tab enables users to query information across the entire OneStrata platform and build customized visualizations, reports, and dashboards that can be shared internally and externally.

Adazzle Analytics is a gated feature and not enabled by default. If Adazzle Analytics is not enabled, the Adazzle tab is not available. To enable this feature, contact your OneStrata representative. |
Available for enterprises that previously used Adazzle, the Adazzle tab enables users to query certain historic Adazzle data from within the OneStrata platform. For information on the tables that are available in Adazzle Analytics, see Adazzle Analytics Tables.

Reports and dashboards are saved and organized into folders. There are four types of folders:
Folder Name | Description |
---|---|
Favorites | A user-created collection of bookmarked reports and dashboards. To add a report or dashboard to your Favorites folder, click the heart icon next to the title of the report or a dashboard. |
My Folder | A personal, non-sharable folder for individual users. |
Group | A shared folder that can be viewed and edited—depending on individual user permissions—by users within the same OneStrata enterprise. |
Shared | A folder for FreeWheel-managed, predefined reports. For more information, see About Predefined Reports. |
Queries are requests for information, and the fields in a query specify what type of information to return. There are two types of fields, dimensions and measures. Related fields are grouped into tables.

Calculated fields are user-created metrics and dimensions that are derived from one or more existing fields, including other calculated fields. In the query results data table, located in the Data section, calculated fields appear as green columns. |
A calculated field is restricted by the query that it is added to:
Like in Excel, calculated fields can be created by using basic mathematical operators—addition (+), subtraction (-), multiplication (*), division (/)—or built-in formulas.
For example, a calculated field might be created by taking the Clicks delivered and dividing it by the Number of Units ordered, in order to examine delivery pacing: Delivery Pacing = Clicks / Number of Units.

All rounding is half-up rounding, where half-way values are always rounded up. For example, when rounding to the nearest integer, any value less than 1.5 is rounded down to 1, and any value equal to or greater than 1.5 is rounded up to 2. |
Calculated fields can be displayed in a variety of formatting options:
Format Option | Description |
---|---|
Default formatting | Displays values as they are formatted in the OneStrata data warehouse. |
ID | Displays numeric values as integers, with any non-integer values rounded to the nearest integer. |
Decimals | Displays numeric values with a comma that separates every three digits and a period that separates the decimal fraction, if any decimal places are included. There are five decimal place options:
|
U.S. Dollars | Displays numeric values like in the Decimals option, but with the U.S. dollar symbol ($) in front. There are two decimal place options:
|
British Pounds | Displays numeric values like in the Decimals option, but with the British pound symbol (£) in front. There are two decimal place options:
|
Euros | Displays numeric values like in the Decimals option, but with the euro symbol (€) in front. There are two decimal place options:
|
Percent | Displays numeric values like in the Decimals option, but with the percent symbol (%) at the back. There are five decimal place options:
|
Custom | Displays numeric values as specified by the user-entered Custom format formula. |
The results of a query or a report can be sent in many different formats. The format options depend on whether the results are sent as an email or to an Amazon S3 bucket.
|
When a query or report is shared, the Advanced options section provide additional customization options.
