Segment Filters and Favorites are designed to optimize the targeting workflow by enabling efficient segment discovery, selection, and management.

Segment Filters

Segment Filters serve as an advanced search mechanism to narrow segment choices in the User targeting module.

Filterable Dimensions

• CPM
• Data Provider
• User Count NAM
• User Count EMEA
• User Count APAC

Filter Mechanics

• Filters consist of a dimension and a corresponding value
• Segments update dynamically based on applied filter conditions
• Non-matching segments become hidden
• Filters use "AND" Boolean logic
• Filters become progressively restrictive as more are added
• Circular markers indicate active filter dimensions

Segment Favorites

Marking Favorites

• Click the star icon adjacent to a segment's name to designate it as a favorite

Viewing Favorites

• Enable the "Show ★ only" toggle to display only favorited segments
• Favorites can be combined with filters and search functionality

Additional Features

• "Select All Segments" checkbox enables bulk segment selection
• Favorites can be marked in most segment selection interfaces, excluding the Segment List View

Targeting Presets

Segments can be grouped for reusable line item targeting through the Targeting Presets feature.
