About the Release

Release Version: 24.3.27

Release Date: Wednesday, April 10, 2024

Other Information

Added

Copy Fee Records

What is it? Existing Fee records can be copied, edited, and saved as new Fee records.

  • Previously, every Fee record had to be individually created and each field manually filled out. Fee records have many fields, making it time-consuming to create individual records for related fees with the same core elements.

  • Now, you can create a copy of an existing record and just change specific field values, as desired.

For more information, see Copy a Fee Record.

Where is it? This change affects the Fees & Tech Rate tab of the Reference Data page, part of the Administration module.

Do I need to do anything? No — this new feature is automatically available for all OneStrata enterprises.

Create Calculated Fields

What is it? Queries can include calculated fields, which are new metrics and dimensions that are derived from one or more existing fields.

For example, if you want to look at delivery pacing, you can calculate a new field equal to the Clicks delivered divided by the Number of Units ordered, and view these values by an interval like Billing Period or campaign month.

For more information, see Add a Calculated Field to a Query.

Where is it? This change affects the Analytics page, part of the Reports module.

Do I need to do anything? No — this new feature is automatically available for all OneStrata enterprises.

Changed

Billing Period-Level Data Retained During Actualization

What is it? Some of the backend logic used for actualization was updated:

  • Previously, when actualizing multiple billing periods under the same Cost line (a Placement, Media Package, or Cost Package line), the values of individual Billing Period lines would sometimes change after the Actualize button was clicked. This happened because the backend logic took the value of the higher Cost line and redistributed that value to the Billing Period lines, instead of retaining the values of individual Billing Period lines.

  • Now, when actualizing multiple billing periods at the same time, the values of individual Billing Period lines do not change after clicking the Actualize button.

With this backend logic change, actualization works more as expected; the values that are submitted for actualization at the Billing Period level are the values that get actualized.

Where is it? This change affects the Actualization Grid (for both standard and margin actualization), located on the Actualization tab.

Do I need to do anything? No — this change is automatically applied to all OneStrata enterprises.

Canceled Schedule Grid Lines Filtered Out by Default

What is it? Schedule Grid lines that have been canceled are now hidden by default.

  • Previously, the Schedule Grid displayed all of the media and non-media lines of a schedule, irrespective of the line's status.

  • Now, the Schedule Grid automatically filters out and hides lines with the Cancelled status. Canceled lines can be un-hidden by using the Status filter.

For more information, see Filter Schedule Grid Lines By Status.

Where is it? This change affects the Schedule Grid, located on the Schedule tab.

Do I need to do anything? No — this change is automatically applied to all OneStrata enterprises.

Custom Field Manager Is Gated

What is it? The Custom Field Manager feature is now gated, and only available for OneStrata enterprises that are already using this feature or that have enabled this feature.

  • If Custom Field Manager is enabled, you can create custom data fields or records of various types—like Payee, Estimate, and Cost line—on the Custom Field Manager page.
  • If Custom Field Manager is not enabled, the Custom Field Manager page is not visible.

Where is it? This change affects the Custom Field Manager page, part of the Administration module.

Do I need to do anything? If your OneStrata enterprise is already using Custom Field Manager, you do not need to do anything; the Custom Field Manager feature remains automatically enabled. Otherwise, to enable this feature, contact your OneStrata representative.

Purchase Order Workflow Is Gated

What is it? The Purchase Order workflow is now gated, and only available for OneStrata enterprises that have enabled this workflow.

  • If the Purchase Order workflow is enabled, you can view, create, edit, and link Purchase Orders to media campaigns though the Purchase Order Grid.
  • If the Purchase Order workflow is not enabled, the Purchase Order Grid is not visible.

Where is it? This change affects the Purchase Order Grid, located on the Finance tab.

Do I need to do anything? By default, the Purchase Order workflow is not enabled. To enable this workflow, contact your OneStrata representative.
