Filter Schedule Grid Lines By Fee Assignment

What is it? There is a new Schedule grid filter called Fee Assignments, which allows users to display Schedule grid lines based on the fee that has been assigned to the line.

Users can also filter for Schedule grid lines with no fee assignments, making it easier to identify placements that are missing fees in large schedules.

Where is it? This new feature affects the Schedule grid filters, located on the Schedule tab.

Do I need to do anything? No — this new feature is automatically available for all OneStrata enterprises.

Pin Schedule Grid Columns

What is it? Within the Schedule grid column picker, users can pin columns.

Pinning a column moves it to the left side of the grid and locks the column in place, keeping the column visible when scrolling horizontally across the grid.

Where is it? These new features affect the Schedule grid, located on the Schedule tab.

Do I need to do anything? No — this new feature is automatically available for all OneStrata enterprises.

Remove Advertiser Approval From a Schedule

What is it? For enterprises with the Advertiser Schedule Approvalworkflow enabled, schedules that were approved by the advertiser can also be unapproved.

  • Previously, users with the Upload Advertiser Approval permission could upload a document representing the advertiser's approval of the schedule, to the Advertiser View page. However, advertiser approval could not be later removed from the schedule.
  • Now, such users can also remove the approval document from the Advertiser View page. The advertiser approval status reverts from Approved to Pending, and no Cost Lines can be committed until the schedule receives advertiser approval again.

Where is it? This new feature affects the Advertiser View page, located on the Schedule tab.

How am I affected? For enterprises that also have the Agency Schedule Approval workflow enabled, there are some important interactions between the agency approval and advertiser approval workflows:

  • Advertiser approval occurs after agency approval and is also stricter:
    • Multiple schedule options can be agency approved at the same time.
    • However, only one schedule option can be advertiser approved.
  • When a schedule option receives advertiser approval, all other options are automatically "declined", meaning that if the option was previously agency approved, the agency approval is removed.
  • Manually removing advertiser approval from a schedule option does not remove agency approval from that option.

For example, imagine the following scenario:

  • A campaign has two schedule options, Option 1 and Option 2.
  • Option 1 receives agency approval.
  • Option 2 receives agency approval.
  • Option 2 receives advertiser approval. Option 1 is automatically "declined" and is no longer agency approved.
  • Advertiser approval is removed from Option 2. Option 2 is still agency approved.

Do I need to do anything? No — this new feature is automatically available for all OneStrata enterprises.
