Overview
The UI and API provide a number of features that allow building a comprehensive self-service offering for customers.
Self-Service Features
Multi-Account Support
Multi-account functionality allows a single Buzz UI instance to support multiple business entities while keeping their data separate. Individual accounts can be created for each customer, giving them access to the bidder within their own environment. Access to all accounts can be granted to specific users. To activate this feature, contact your account representative.
For more details on creating and managing multi-accounts, refer to the documentation heresee Account Groups.
Account Access & Custom User Roles
Users can access their accounts via either the API or the UI. Custom role permissions allow the creation of tailored access for each customer. This provides full control over which objects users can read, create, edit, and delete within their accounts. Additionally, report access, along with the fields and field names within reports, can be customized based on user roles.
For more information on creating custom roles, refer to the documentation heresee Roles.
Vendor Fees
To apply a default vendor fee for all accounts under a Buzz UI instance, contact your account representative to enable the bid reduction setting. This setting will not be visible in the UI. Visibility into vendor fees can be restricted by modifying the role permissions for users.
For further details more information on vendor fees, refer to the documentation heresee Vendors.

Buzz supports extensive whitelabeling capabilities, enabling Extensive white labeling capabilities enable the customization of both the Buzz UI appearance and its domain.

For more information on sharing segments, refer to the documentation heresee Segment Categories and Segment Category Sharing.
Support & Documentation
All self-service users have access to the API and support documentation. Any additional training or support will need to be provided by the FreeWheel customer.
